Clean, great location, nice staff!
Fifth floor but no elevator…
Location is convenient to the heart of Sapporo
Clean and comfy.
With a large projector and complementary drinks.
You need to carry baggage to the 5th Floor without lift.
Room is clean & nice
No lift, very difficult arrive 5/F
Love the space of the room, very comfortable and free parking available as well. There is also alot of facilities available as well with complimentary coffee and drinking water available at the reception.
The room is located on the 5th floor but we were not informed that there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggages up 5 flights of stairs. Thats the main thing we didn't like and just one other flaw but we were not sure why there seems to be some issue with logging into Netflix. Other than that, all is good!
