Pros:

L emplacement en centre ville et nos chambres au calme car pas cote rue. La restauration était tres bonne.

Cons:

Les lits doubles trop petits environ 140cm, pas de mouchoirs en papier ni de machine à café dans la chambre. C est pourtant un 5 étoiles....

Molto centrale la stanza umida
Pros:

Struttura in centro, comodo parcheggio, colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Aree comuni spaziose, personale gentile e le pulizie vengono fatte giornalmente

Cons:

La mia stanza al primo che dava a nord e affacciava sul parcheggio era fredda e molto umida. Viene fornito un solo asciugamano da viso, nonostante la camera sia per 2 persone. Bagno non finestrato, per la colazione unica scelta di bevande tra Tea verde e caffè americano. Il parcheggio dovrebbe essere segnalato in maniera più visibile (l’ingresso si trova in Calle 37)

Good location for staying in Valladolid
Pros:

Good location. Classic older hotel.

Cons:

The older hotel is showing its age. There are many worn places around the hotel and in rooms that need good cleaning and repair.shower had mold and bathroom sink doesn’t drain well. Talked to the people at the desk but they didn’t seem to care that much.

Pros:

l'hotel sembrava i stile "Zorro" ci è piaciuto molto. Disponibili, tutto pulito, centrale e con parcheggio a disposizione. Il ristorante interno è ottimo! abbaimo sempre pranzano e cenato li fanno ancora consegna in camera. L'arredo è un po datato ma in pieno stile. consigliato

Perfect, centraal, top servicelevel, schoon en fijne pool

Personeel is super aardig en zijn sterren waard, vooral de barman. We waren hier voor de tweede keer ondat het zo goed bevallen was.

De binnenkant van de lift mag eens gerenoveerd worden en rugkussens op het dakterras ontbreken

Gorgeous hotel to rest and relax
Pros:

Beautiful property right next to the main town square, easily walkable. The pool is great with delicious food and many veggie options. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. I extended one night in Valladolid just because I loved this hotel so much

Cons:

The only thing I can think of would be offering water refills or at least selling big water bottles at the bar. Seems a waste of plastic to have to buy small waters all the time unless you leave the hotel
