La verdad es que el hotel es muy bonito, además está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones estaban relucientes y nos la limpiaron todos los días sin que lo esperáramos.
- Elegimos este hotel principalmente por su piscina y la zona de hamacas, pero la experiencia no estuvo a la altura. Durante dos de los tres días de nuestra estancia, estuvieron lijando manualmente las pequeñas baldosas de la piscina de hamacas con una máquina que generaba muchísimo ruido.
El problema no fue solo puntual: el ruido fue constante durante las tardes, justo cuando los huéspedes más utilizamos la piscina para relajarnos, especialmente considerando el calor de abril (alrededor de 35 °C).
Entendemos que el mantenimiento es necesario, pero el método y, sobre todo, el momento elegido no fueron los más adecuados. Realizar este tipo de trabajos en pleno fin de temporada alta afecta directamente a la experiencia del cliente. Probablemente habría sido más conveniente programarlo en temporada baja, como mayo, cuando la ocupación es menor.
- Las camas no son comodas y las almohadas son demasiado grandes.
- La TV no funcionaba, el mando a distancias estaba roto. Si bien no es una prioridad, deberian de solucionarlo o bien quitarla de la habitación.

Great location, beautiful property and convenient parking on site. The building and the inner yard were amazing - well-maintained and beautifully designed. The floor tiles were so pretty. Breakfast was good, too. I'd definitely stay there again.
The water in the shower would not drain properly and was always there. I think it's a construction flaw: the floor did not slope enough for the water to escape. Not a big deal but would be nicer if the floor was dry when stepping in for the next shower.

La ubicación está muy bien, el personal en general es muy amable. el predio es maravilloso. Las camaristas y los meseros son muy serviciales y quieren agradar en todo momento, el desayuno fue muy abundante, aunque no lo tenía incluido, fue muy buen desayuno. La piscina está muy bien y muy limpia. El hotel en general está limpio.
La fraseología de la recepcionista no es la correcta, además de ser muy seca, poco comunicativa y poco agradable.
Es necesario revisar las toallas pues no están en buen estado, quitar los decorativos de las camas y el pie de cama, esta anticuado y no da buen aspecto. Revisar la madera de los balcones de las terrazas.
