Pros:

First of all the place is so easy to access, just at the main tapovan market. Laxman jhula, downhill market, secret waterfall, ramjhulla, everything is quite close to the property. Rooms are spacious and clean. They do have family rooms as well. Food is perfect. The service is amazing. Murli ji, the owner of the property is such a wonderful person to have a conversation with. He is quite informative and helpful.
I highly recommend the property for your stay in tapovan/ rishikesh.

Pros:

Pokoj byl příjemný, tichý, klidný. Dobrá klimatizace i místo na odpočinek. Bonusem byla televize s YouTube (pustili jsem si film v češtině) a jídlo až na pokoj. Po návratu z Himaláje jsem si dobře odpočinuli před další cestou.

Cons:

Vše bylo v pořádku.

We paid for extra cot bht there was no bed available so the staff laid the matress on the ground, so one person had to sleep on the FLOOR

It’s good but need to work food quality.
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and they have clean towel.

Cons:

Dinning area is not well defined and well prepared. They lack of supply of breakfast. We started breakfast and then the chef was still preparing puris. We have awaited 10-15 mints. Breakfast quality was not good as they are charging the room rent.
