As other reviewers have mentioned, good for 1st time visitors for the location.
I would not recommend this hotel despite its good location.
Cons:
Upon arrival, neither WiFi nor phone lines were working.
Breakfast on the rooftop is chaotic — it’s crowded with non-guests who come for the view, so expect long waits and no relaxing start to your day.
When I asked for an iron, they didn’t have one. After 24 hours of follow-ups, they said they had lent their irons to other hotels nearby, clearly to push their paid ironing service.
The rooftop restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, only shisha — so you’ll be stuck eating while surrounded by heavy smoke.
At 3 AM, when checking out, the doorman insisted on calling their airport taxi, which cost me 400 TL extra because the meter was already running.
Staff seemed overworked and poorly trained. No sense of hospitality — never heard a single “welcome” or “enjoy your stay.”
Pros:

In short: This place feels more like a busy rooftop restaurant with some rooms underneath, rather than a professional hotel.
Sound isolation was bad. Very loud area and stayed on 5th floor right under the terrace restaurant and they were working at night making a lot of noise. Couldn’t sleep well

We love our first night in Turkey at Pera Bosphorus Hotel. We loved the restaurant choices however limited to similar options among all. We loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was AMAZING…
Hotel and room were very clean. A big issue with shower not draining and mold noticed along edges of shower. Toilet seat in public bathroom on floor -1 was very loose.
Since our stay was brief we didn’t make time to bring these issues to management. I am sure they would have been more than happy to take care of these concerns.
