No es un hotel seguro - no responden por pertenecías de los clientes

La vista de la terraza y el desayuno

Cons:

Dejé olvidadas dos pertenencias en el clóset de la habitación y me cuminique unas horas después el mismo día y negaron haberlas encontrado. La respuesta fue negativa, grosera y dudando de mi reclamo.

El hotel es bonito, pero el servicio dejó mucho que desear. Mi novia olvidó unos zapatos y recuperarlos fue un caos: no se hicieron responsables, me mandaron con terceros y nadie daba seguimiento. Para un lugar que se dice “boutique”, la gestión fue sorprendentemente mala. No volvería.

Buen hotel y gran atención, pero ojo con el ruido
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. Muy buena atención por parte de todos los integrantes del staff

Cons:

Lamentablemente la ubicación no es la óptima, dado que está en plena calle principal pasan muchísimos buses y motocicletas que generan un nivel de ruido poco agradable.

Jesus went out of his way to accomodate us. The entire staff was friendly and sweet

Cons:

Everything was excellent. Will definately come back and stay here. Will recommend to family and friends. Great atmosphere. The breakfast was also very good

Personal súper amable, ubicación conveniente y la habitación muy cómoda. El baño muy espacioso…, pero no tuvimos agua caliente. Es por eso lo de las 4 estrellas. El desayuno también estuvo excelente.

The front desk clerk stood out with exceptional hospitality, offering helpful suggestions for nearby vegan-friendly restaurants to accommodate my wife’s dietary preferences—a much-appreciated gesture. Our room was clean, tastefully renovated, and thoughtfully decorated, which made our stay quite comfortable.

However, the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. It’s served on the rooftop, which unfortunately felt neglected—the floors hadn’t been swept and everything looked dusty. The service during breakfast was poor, and the chilaquiles I ordered were overwhelmingly large and sadly inedible due to their taste. It’s disappointing that such a potentially charming rooftop experience fell short of basic cleanliness and quality standards.

Loved the view from our terrace, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was gorgeous! I took the best bath of my life in that tub on our terrace, the stars were shining. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff were helpful too.

Cons:

We had big luggage so lack of elevator but that was okay haha
