Das Hotel liegt zentral zu den Hauptattraktionen der Stadt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns eine Vielzahl von Tipps. Das Frühstück war sensationell lecker. Man konnte unter verschiedenen Varianten auswählen, alles frisch zubereitet.
Leider konnte man kein Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Hat man die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, war es viel zu stickig. Die Aussicht war direkt auf ein Bürogebäude mit großen Fenstern, somit konnte man das Rollo nicht offen lassen.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. Ahead of my arrival, the hotel reached out to ask if I had any special requirements. I mentioned it would be my birthday, and while they hinted at a small surprise, absolutely nothing happened during my stay. It’s better not to ask if there’s no intention to follow through.
More concerningly, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking me up from a deep sleep. Everyone had to evacuate via the emergency stairs to the lobby. While we saw firefighters inspecting the building and were eventually allowed back up, there was zero explanation or follow-up from the staff afterward. No apology, no update on what happened. For a hotel of this caliber, the lack of communication during an emergency was quite unsettling.
The location was great. Just getting down and you see the space needle.
