No space to unpack your luggage, strict rules about not being in pods between certain hours, pillows and bed are hard so my neck was in pain the days I stayed there

While the pods and dressing/locker areas were kept very clean, the showers were not. They was hair in the drain, mould on the ceiling, and fans collecting dust that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was also a fair amount of noise transfer between pods, which made this feel more like a hostel experience than a hotel.

The pods were uncomfortable. The pull down shade was thin and didn’t shelter noise from others.

The pillows are not comfortable, it takes so getting used to. The changing rooms are quite cramped.

The communal space while functional could use some updating, decent views though. Check in process was not smooth, I didn’t receive a QR code and had to call the staff, I had to wait a while for a response, they were very helpful when they did respond though.

This was the most uncomfortable place I have ever stayed. There was no room to take care of yourself in the locker room, not even benches to sit on to put on shoes. It was like a prison in there, very bleak. The bed was very thin and the pillow wasn’t a real pillow, but a bean bag. This place really needs improvements to feel more like a home.

Es hat nur einen Lift, die Treppen darf man nicht benutzen. Die Lockers und Duschen sind unten also dauert alles ein bisschen, da man oft auf den Lift warten muss. Wenn man einen grossen Koffer hat ist packen beinahe unmöglich. Es hat zu wenig Platz. Für eine Nacht super, für mehre Nächte nicht ideal.

チェックアウト後の荷物が2025年4月から出来なくなりましたと言われたが、ブッキングコムには記載がなくHPには書いてますと言われたのが、気分が悪かった。他社サイト予約で条件が違うこともあるのに、公式サイトを見てと言われても、そのつもりで予約したから、ココに泊まる必要がなかったから、こちらの落ち度みたいな言われ方が腹が立ちました。寝具が硬くて薄い。
