There was no room to unpack / pack. The lockers are small, and many people's suitcases didn't fit in them, leaving the locker room cluttered.
There is no adequate shelf to store a phone in the pod. Carrying everything up and down the lifts all the time wore thin very quickly.
The mattresses were very thin, and as a slightly larger person, I felt pressure areas quickly on my sacrum and upper back.
Although they did give pyjamas, again as being on AU16, they did not fit.

Not being able to have bags in the rooms.

The lockers weren't quite big enough for a large suitcase.

I didn’t have a problem with the bed, it was quite a lot of space and comfortable, but every night was a pitch sound like even when you have earplugs or headphones you can still hear it, it’s like the vibration gets in your head. It made me so nervous I don’t know what is that sound but was everyday, inside the bed and downstairs in locker area as well . Also you didn’t have space to move where the lockers are and everytime you need something you need to go down and take it and sometimes there is a lot of people with also their lugagge, it’s stressful too. The lockers are not wide enough.

Kabininizde şarj yapamıyorsunuz, giyinme katında veya dinlenme katında telefon şarj edip kabine gitmeyi beklemek can sıkıcı. Bir de ayrıldığınız gün valize otelde göz kulak olmuyorlar. Bu hiç başka otelde başıma gelmemişti

Bad ventilation. The rooms were quite hot and damp-smelling. There’s only one elevator. With all the guests, it’ll make at least four stops.

・シャワー室付近の床が濡れていたり、トイレの便座に血がついていたりしました。（宿泊先は悪くありませんが、共用部分の汚れが気になる方はホテルへの宿泊をおすすめします）
・預かり荷物のスーツケースが大量に置いてあり、自分のロッカーの前にも知らない人の荷物が置かれていました
・シャワーは3フロアに分かれていますが、ピークタイムはかなり混み合っていました
・上部のベッドへ上り下りする階段が急なので、荷物を持って移動したい時は特に大変だと感じました
・布団が薄く、寒かった
・室内着は長袖長ズボンでしたが、身長の低い私にはサイズが合わなかったので、持参して良かったです
