Cons:

Funcionária da tarde/noite otima, da parte da manhã, péssima. Nao atendia. Demorava para responder. Nem um bom dia era capaz de dizer.
Nao consegui dormir com barulho de entra e sai.
Paguei com cafe da manhã mas recebi somente um.
Detestei o lugar. Minha viagem somente melhorou depois que troquei hotel. Infelizmente tive péssima impressões.

Everything was super clean and easy to use. Perfect location because the place is central and also close to the bus terminal. Staff was really friendly and eager to help.

Cons:

Be mindful with what things you take to your capsule, because otherwise you'll need to run back and forth to the cloak room to take things out of you luggage.

Cons:

サービスが気に入らなかったです。2日目の朝食券ももらえませんでした。荷物を預けようと電話をかけているのですが、誰も出ません。本当にひどい経験でした。

この、カプセルホテルは、もう使いません。

まあ、カプセルにしては、騒音もなく静かでした。

エレベーターが1台しかなく、使いずらかった。
