very strong smell of cleaning fluids when arrived and no way to get rid of them, very bad as i am allergic to these strong smells
Das weiche Bett, alles in allem sauber, und die Rooftop Bar. Durften um 13.00 bereits einchecken.
Das Zimmer wirkt klein, bekamen eines mit Aussicht in den Innenhof bzw an die gegenüberliegende Wand. Alles in allem wirkt das Zimmer eher düster. Personal teils schlecht informiert.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt eher nicht. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen

Lack of cleaning - the room was never cleaned properly once in the 14 nights I was there. Absolutely not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. It was not hoovered for the last 4 days I was there. I have found this is the case with a lot of Australian hotels but this one was the worst I've had.
Did not fill the mini bar up once - I took 2 waters on day 1 and they were never refilled.
Did not refill the soap dispenser once in the time I was there. I ran out of shower gel on day 10 and it was not even looked at by the cleaner.
The noise - this hotel is so noisy and guests are not very considerate of other guests. I had to complain twice about terrible banging on the doors/walls/roof. Not what you need when you are here on business.
Had to buy some ear plugs to sleep properly.
I should not have to remind or ask any 5 star hotel for soap/water or proper cleanliness.
Oh and logging into the WIFI every day is just not needed. I am here for 14 nights I should not have to re login every day.
I moved to the Hilton for my last week here as this is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel.
The bed, blanket and pillows were amazing. Definitely the best ones i have ever had in a hotel, loved the gym and overall feeling of the hotel. The only thing was that water didn’t seem to go down so fast.
Loved the beds, pillows and the bar area. Very clean and first hotel I have stayed in for years that didn’t have a smoke alarm above the bed either the brightest light in the history of the world.
Loam cafe was sensational.
Vibey and stylish decor and mood.
Pinot Noir at the bar was not great!
It was very quirky and it was handy to have a restaurant downstairs
I just didn’t like how the room numbers were written in wood. I don’t have the best eyesight and the numbers were very confusing.

Funky design details but not at the expense of quality and comfort- everything was thoughtful and well made eg Good lighting, comfortable spaces, good use of small areas, enough storage room etc

房間偏小，跟照片上有點差距，可以理解燈光偏暗是為了氣氛設計，但是還是會希望有選擇可以讓房間的光增強，費用跟實際住房體驗感覺不太符合，另外因為有年紀比較大的家人同行，一樓的電梯會有點不太方便，整體感覺是適合年輕人住的地方。
