Great location, great price, don't expect much in amenities and services

Great location, great price, friendly staff.

Cons:

Gym was closed for renovations. Breakfast was subpar and definitely not worth whatever they're charging for it (27 pounds per person per day during my stay), switched rooms 3 times because AC wasn't working in the first 2 (thermometer kept throwing up an error message that I had to YouTube to figure out), showers all smelled like piss (all 3 rooms we were in plus the room my sister was in on a different floor) I think due to their plumbing.

Lage, Zimmer und Freundlichkeit des Personals sind voll in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es war trotz 2-maliger Aufforderung innerhalb von 5 Tagen nicht möglich, eine von beiden defekten Nachttischleuchten zu reparieren. In einer der beiden fehlte eine Glühbirne bzw. LED, die andere war einfach defekt.
Die Halterungen der Duschgels müssten mal einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden

Pros:

I am requesting a refund for my stay due to significant issues with the accommodation.

During my stay, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable. In addition, the sink was clogged and could not drain properly, which affected the usability and cleanliness of the room.

These issues substantially impacted the quality of my stay and the accommodation did not meet the standards advertised at the time of booking. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Catastrophically awful
Pros:

Room comfortable

Cons:

Check in was awful. Having booked a room with a Terrace it wasn’t any longer available and to the extent that they would be able to find one it would be one hour plus that I’d have to wait. I only booked the hotel because of the Terrace and it was disgraceful that they downgraded me. Never again.

Beautiful art deco hotel
Pros:

Excellent reception, the staff are so friendly and welcoming.Many thanks to Krishna who couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful building, we had such a relaxing time.

Tolles Hotel, gute Anbindung und tolles Frühstücksbüffet.
Pros:

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an englischem und continental Breakfast, frischen Backwaren, Joghurt, warmen Speisen usw. Alles wirkte frisch und es gab wirklich viel Auswahl.

Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders an der Rezeption. Auch das Deposit wurde nach dem Check-out sehr schnell und unkompliziert zurückerstattet, was wir sehr positiv fanden.

Die Lage und Anbindung waren ebenfalls super – die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Lobby war sehr schön und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küchenzeile war praktisch, und tatsächlich war alles vorhanden, was man für kleinere Mahlzeiten im Zimmer braucht.

Cons:

Der einzige Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, betrifft das Housekeeping. Während unseres 6-nächtigen Aufenthalts mussten wir darauf hinweisen, dass Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt werden sollte, und die Bettwäsche wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt
