Pros:

De super vriendelijkheid van het personeel, locatie echt super, mooie ingerichte apartament en dat ze super attent zijn ik was jarig en de kamer was helemaal versierd super lief : )

Cons:

Het ontbijt lekker maar helaas werd niet aangevuld en veel was koud erg jammer

Solid accommodation option close to Westfield and Olympia
Pros:

Great location, close to public transport options and the Westfield Shopping Centre and not far from Olympia. Comfortable rooms, great to have an iron and full size ironing board in the room. Good service from staff.

Cons:

Breakfast felt a bit expensive for what it is. Would be great to offer different pillow types. The room I stayed in is starting to feel a bit tired for a four star hotel, but still comfortable.

The facilities at the property were poor, during my stay coffee was unavailable and room service was paused for longer periods of time which did interrupt my stay.

Everything was perfect; they could just improve the air conditioning system and the gym.
Pros:

I truly appreciated that both the hallways and the rooms are carpeted. The carpet in the corridors creates a remarkably quiet atmosphere, allowing guests to move around without disturbing one another, which results in excellent acoustic and thermal comfort indoors. The soundproof windows also contribute to a calm and restful environment, while the overall security of the property — available 24 hours — provides a reassuring sense of safety.

The laundry facilities were very convenient, and I particularly enjoyed the modern and tasteful design of the interiors, which feel elegant yet welcoming.

The staff, as a whole, was consistently attentive, courteous, and professional, clearly caring about the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues. I would also like to mention Mahmood, who assisted me during check-out and made my departure feel especially warm and comfortable. At the same time, it is important to highlight that the entire team plays an essential role — without their dedication, the hotel simply would not be the same.

Cons:

I felt that the rooms do not have good air ventilation, and at times I even experienced slight shortness of breath. They tried to solve the situation by offering me a portable fan; however, I believe the hotel could improve the central air conditioning system and provide better indoor air quality and oxygen levels for both guests and staff.

In addition, I could always hear water dripping inside the ceiling, and this specific noise bothered me a lot. I think they could offer cleaning three times per week for long-stay guests instead of only once per week.

I also believe they could provide better bedding and a warmer, more cozy indirect lighting in the rooms. They could also offer more national UK TV channels, as well as children’s channels.

Pros:

The most thing I like is The location. The marble touch in the whole hotel in the kitchen in the bathroom in the entrance. Like the cleanliness of the place even it wasn’t daily in the room. I recommend it & I hope I can back again

Cons:

200 £ as insurance which it didn’t mentioned in my reservation??

Frustrating as it had the opportunity to be a really nice stay

Cons:

The bed throw had stains on, and i found a few hairs between both pillows. The no parking also was frustrating as westfield parking cost me £25 on top
