The location of the hotel was excellent, easy to find off the expressway. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected, and the quality of the food was quite good. The room we had was comfortable and well laid out, and the floor we were on was quiet. The hotel was located near several excellent local restaurants which made the stay even more pleasant.
The only issue we had with the room was the shower door would not stay closed; it kept sliding open. This was remedied by wedging a washcloth between the door and the stationary glass panel. I advised the desk clerk when we checked out and she said it would be looked into. It was simply a minor inconvenience during our stay.
Very nice new looking hotel. Very clean room. The extensive food and beverage items by the front desk was very nice.
Nothing against the hotel, but loud music or television noises late at night from an annoying guest somewhere near me late at night when I wanted to sleep. The person at the front desk offered to find the room with the noise, but I told him he would not find it since it was not obvious where it was coming from and I am very sensitive to any outside noise. Happens every time I stay at any hotel. The free breakfast was nice, but the scrambled eggs seemed off. Not freshly scrambled eggs, but some kind of a cheaper bland egg out of a carton, I assume, that was a big disappointment. Please just raise the nightly fee a few bucks and offer freshly scrambled eggs in the future.

3 night stay room was not cleaned once, no coffee pack refills, bed not made. Just fresh towels, fresh can liners and fresh tissues. For $600 the room should of been cleaned once!
