Pros:

Интерьер и обслуживание как в хорошем 4х-звездочном отеле. Номер довольно большой, чистый, уютный, удобный матрас, классное одеяло, 4 подушки (правда одинаковые), подогреваемый пол в ванной и прихожей. 2 бесплатных бутылки с водой каждый день, халат, тапочки, туалетные принадлежности (даже одноразовая бритва есть). Попросила меня поселить где потише - было идеально тихо, правда подозреваю что и постоятельцев было не так много. Можно заказать еду в номер, правда цены довольно странные - салат что овощной, что с мясом стоит одинаково.

Cons:

Завтрак слабоват - как в трехзвездочном отеле. Помидоры деревянные, поструганые морковь и свекла тоже. Масла чтобы сделать себе салат никакого нет. Яйца только в форме вареных, ни скрэмбла, ни омлета. Бокалы под сок, конечно, красивые, но подпихивать их под емкости с соком сложно и полностью не нальешь.
Телевизор в номере в первый день хотя бы включался, во второй уже перестал. Да и инструкции к нему нехватает - так и не поняла что нажать чтобы посмотреть большой список каналов, что был на бумажке.

Я приезжала в отель на три дня ради концерта.
За такую демократичную по меркам Москвы цену я ожидала гораздо более скромные условия.
Очень понравилось обслуживание, приятный вежливый персонал, несколько раз пользовалась доставкой еды в номер - еда очень понравилась. На завтраке тоже была хорошая еда, правда непривычная для меня, но я все равно нашла что-то для себя и наедалась. Чистота и обстановка в номере тоже порадовала, в ванной комнате прям очень приятно было. Есть небольшой износ, какие-то старые пятнышки на ковровом покрытии, трещина в краске на стене, но это прям мелочи. Понравился еще пол с подогревом, халат и тапочки (хотя халат мне был маловат :)), одноразовые наборчики на все случаи жизни.

Cons:

Мне показалось, что в отеле было не так много гостей, но у меня были соседи прямо за стенкой, которые довольно шумно себя вели. Мне кажется можно было изначально поселить нас подальше друг от друга. Но, хочу отметить, что когда соседи сильно расшумелись ночью и разбудили меня, я позвонила на ресепшн и администратор решил этот вопрос. Это очень порадовало.
Не понравилось то, что я встречаю почти в каждом отеле - когда двуспальная кровать сделана из двух односпальных, и в центре разъезжаются матрасы и в итоге все равно спишь на одной половине.

Pros:

The room was more than I expected. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a really nice design that felt modern and thoughtfully put together. The attention to detail made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

The breakfast was enjoyable overall, though I think there’s room for improvement in both the menu variety and the food quality. With a few enhancements, it could be an even better experience for guests.
