Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is so friendly, so helpful, and supportive with whatever question you have. At the entrance, you can always enjoy fresh water with lemon and some nuts. This is complimentary and available throughout the day. It adds some comfort and makes you feel cozy when you need to wait for a taxi, etc. A small recommendation is not to add any sugar to water, as it will help everyone enjoy it, including those who are sugar-free :). The location is great, and the area is surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Breakfast has a wide variety, but the staff need to be more proactive by explaining that fried eggs or an omelette are available upon request. No one explained it to us, and we discovered it on the last day of our stay when we saw someone eating it at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you want to have a good quality stay, and would definitely choose it again for myself.

Cons:

Though breakfast offers a wide variety, it is better to prepare small portions for self-service so clients can choose from the pre-cut options and then refill them throughout breakfast. It will help to keep food, cheese and salami fresh. Staff need to be trained and proactive in helping clients not stay outside and watch. There are too many staff members, but no one offers any help or explains the available options for ordering from the kitchen.

Best stay of Tashkent!
Pros:

Great hotel in Tashkent with very friendly staff! Room was great and very clean. Location is a bit further maybe but absolutely no issue with Yandex. It was the best breakfast also we had in Uzbekistan with a wide range of quality food.
