Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel, leider ganz am Rand von Grado und weiter weg von Lokalen und Geschäften. Absolut tote Hose. Also gleich raus aus der Tür und im typischen Italientrubel ist dort nicht, man geht gute 15 Minuten. (Deshalb nur 9 Sterne)

Und achtung - die Zimmer im 1. Stock bei der Werft (Marina) haben keinen schönen Ausblick, man sieht direkt in die Werft und hat auch die entsprechenden Geräusche dazu. Aber wenn man Glück hat, kann man das Zimmer tauschen.

Sonst bleiben keine Wünsche offen, toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar (traumhafter Sonnenuntergang!)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Ausblick vom Zimmer (Nr 10) direkt auf die Werft, aber gsd konnten wir tauschen.

Sehr schön, aber Preis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und nett eingerichtet. Hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche Personal, vor allem an der Poolbar und an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Wir haben über Booking gebucht und uns bewusst für eine hochwertige Unterkunft entschieden. Bei einem Preis von fast 600 Euro/Nacht/Junior Suit, hätten wir uns allerdings doch mehr erwartet. Da klaffen Preis und Know-how über Services in dieser Kategorie leider doch deutlich auseinander. Vielleicht sollten die Hotelbetreiber einfach die Preispolitik auf Booking überdenken.

We fell in love with Grado.
Pros:

The breakfast and the staff were AMAZING. They did everything they could to accommodate. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool staff at the bar were so welcoming. The front desk, Valentina, was over-the-top amazing. The pool was perfect amount of salt, and the view was out of this world.

Cons:

We booked this location twice on the same trip through Booking.com. The first booking we did get a sea view; the second one, even though we paid for a sea view, all they had was a view of the marina. The only two other things that could have made it over the top were having bathrooms by the pool vs going to your room or all the way down to the bottom floor, and having more charging stations available.
