The staff

Cons:

Pool Not maintained.
TV didn't work well
Ice machines broken
The manager was never around. No one at the front desk
Grounds were not maintained.
Lost hot water after one person showered

Lovely get away where you feel you have gone back in time. we had a great time and will be back!

very cute, great vibes, beautiful outdoor space and well kept pool

only thing is the pool hours were limited, it would have been nice fo visitors to have access after 5

Out stay was great. My only complaint is how basic the room is. Just two beds with a small table. No where to put stuff

Nicely updated property, but sadly missed the mark.
Pros:

Good location walking distance to beach and some restaurants.

Cons:

Pools were closed when we were there. AC was terrible. No closet, bureau, desk or even a chair to put your suitcase on. Just two beds, a tiny nightstand and a massive tv on the wall. Where do they expect us to put our clothing and toiletries?

Very quiet good location and comfortable overall

The lawn and property needed a little sprucing with flowers and mowed grass/ ac in room needs a little help .. ac didn’t kick in very well even with adjusting..

Great clean modern hotel and location, WiFi not great
Pros:

It was really modern, loved the decor and how it’s been styled. Everything you need was there. Was clean and comfortable and a great location for cape cod.

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t reach us in building we stayed in. We were on the outer building to the left of the reception. Not great if you are staying more than one night

Not Worth It
Pros:

Staff was not friendly to interact with starting with the front desk. The interior of the room was disappointing in comparison to pictures - wallpaper peeling, bathroom being small and cold to take a shower because of the half door. Lighting isn't great at all in either room. You could hear everything at all hours of the day - staff and other guests slamming doors early in the morning and conversations through the walls at night. We fought to find a parking spot every day. Really a let down for what you advertise.

PROs:
Staff is very helpful.
This was a great place to stay, the pool was very nice.
I loved that there were fire pits.
There are Smart TVs so you can stream stuff if you need a down day.
It’s very nice have a kitchenette, microwave etc.

Cons:
Some of the mattresses may need to be replaced.

If you have any difficulty walking or have back or knee problems request a first floor room. Some rooms are pretty far from the parking lot and then you have to carry luggage up a lot of steep stairs if on 2nd floor. Staff was very nice and will help you.

No coffee makers in room, you have to go to lobby to get coffee.

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The bed was the most uncomfortable brand new bed I’ve ever slept it. Huge crater in the middle and you could feel all the internal framing. I was convinced it was 50 years old, but it was brand new. Hotel is being converted. While design forward, nobody actually thought about practical use—for example, the wet bathroom looks nice but doesn’t work when there is no counter to put anything on. Toilet seat was so cheap it was already broken and had probably never been used. Bed was horrible. Looks cool but up close is just a one star experience.

The rooms were large. Comfortable bed. The outside chairs and table outside our room. Fridge. Central location.
