Location was great. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Had fridge and small sink. Shower was good. Pool and outside area was nice place to sit, enjoy breakfast or time swimming.

Don't get fooled by this cheap motel trying to pass as a boutique through fancy branding. If you value sleep, AVOID this property at all costs, you are better off sleeping in your car. My partner and I paid $500 for a single Saturday night (June 27) at Bluebird Dennisport expecting a boutique escape. Instead, it was a sleepless nightmare. Whatever cosmetic "renovations" they have done completely ignored all structural soundproofing and the ceiling floors creak and bend at every movement. We loudly heard every single footstep (including the dog walking around constantly) from the room above us at 11 PM, 2 AM, and 6 AM, along with neighboring conversations and doors slamming at midnight. They claim "quiet hours" are from 10pm-8am, but there is no way for them to enforce this since there isn't a single human staff onsite. We could literally hear the next-door neighbor coughing through the wall throughout the entire night.

Worse, this hotel operates with a "contactless" text line that was completely dead. I text-messaged the emergency line during the night for help with the noise and was completely ignored. I called the front desk on Sunday morning and got a voicemail. I emailed the General Manager and Lark Hotels corporate first thing Monday morning and have been completely ghosted.

Charging premium luxury rates for zero acoustic privacy and a completely unresponsive customer service team is unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want to pay $500 to listen to strangers move and talk while you lay in bed awake.

To be fair, its clean and in a great location, albeit the room had a strong musty odor coming from the air conditioning unit that was almost suffocating.

Well, I looked back on my review from 2022 hoping that this place had improved as I had high hopes. All of those hopes went down the drain when we arrived today for our 5 day stay. The pool area while CLEAN looks like they set up the furniture 4yrs ago and never updated it again. All of the tables are rusted and the umbrellas are all full of black mold, yup! MOLD! Talk about a health hazard for anyone allergic or someone with children. What they are calling “cabanas” I think are just hammocks and two chairs on a riser near the pool, with NO actual cabana at all. The fire pit chairs are old and rundown. The carpeting on the stairs looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed once this season. We got to the room with the kitchenette and there are no utensils, no paper towels, nothing. Why provide a microwave and a tea kettle when you have nothing to use with it. The ice machine was also not working so after spending 1400.00 to stay, we needed to get back in the car to go buy all these items for our stay. Buyer beware… Lastly, there is still no furniture to put ANYTHING on. All your clothes and toiletries are just lined up on the floor. Not a single hook in the bathroom, just bare bones and it shows. Never again Bluebird and shame on Lark Hotels for letting this property continue this way.

It was very close to the beach. And close to other things to do .

Good location walking distance to beach and some restaurants.

This was a solid choice for our stay. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell the property is well cared for. We stayed in the 2 bdrm cottage. It was cozy and comfortable, perfect for our family (1 baby and 1 toddler). It was relaxing after a long day out.

Another big advantage is the location. It’s right where you want to be, with easy access to the beach. The pool is great as well!

Simple and exactly what we were looking for.

We had a great stay here with our family. The location is a huge plus, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth with the kids throughout the day. The resort itself is very family-friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

The pool was definitely a highlight and perfect for both kids and adults to unwind. It never felt overcrowded, and there was always a spot to relax.

Overall, a really convenient and enjoyable place for a family vacation. Would happily come back!

Clean, great location

It was really modern, loved the decor and how it’s been styled. Everything you need was there. Was clean and comfortable and a great location for cape cod.
