Pros:

Shower leaked, clean up took a while and they left the door open so mosquitos got into the room. Blood stains on the pillows and door of bathroom. Room phone did not work. Slow drain shower and sink and none of the rooms have a place holder for shampoo soap in the showers. Crack paint in the ceilings and the room door does not automatically close and also I can hear even regular conversations in the room next door. Worst part is you talk to the staff and they didn’t care. I tried to get the manager but she not available. Worst stay ever. Intent to ask for money back. Worst of the worst. Not once you get the sense this hotel cares.

Pros:

Everything’s good except the toilet has no where to put your toiletries when shower which is very inconvenient! I don’t mind staying here again when I comes back to Phuket!
