Very good breakfast

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer, gute Ausstattung. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Etwas beengter und lauter Restaurantbereich beim Frühstück. Wellnessbereich gut, könnte aber bei der Anzahl der Hotelgäste etwas größer sein.

Ordinary **/*** apartment complex not real **** hotel
Premiuim apartment was very narrow; bedroom with possibility to feet each wall and cars parked 50cm behind the window. No daily curtains in the bedroom so zero privacy during a day due people parking or just walking behind your window. Living room without place for luggage neither sofa just two chairs and table. Bathroom with one small lamp giving feeling to be in atomic bunker. Entire building is just labirint of narrow multilevel corridors with dirty carpet; impossible to find reception, restaurant and different places. Best way was go out side to find a way. What was the worse was reception treating Hotels.com clients as second category guest. Probably my room was also worse one... Commited lack of help with reservation mistake, absolutely zero understanding and compromise with changing the reservation date however hotel was not fully occupied. What was absolutely not possible for Trementi apartments another hotel Mercure had done in 5 minutes...

Bellissima struttura, centralissima, personale molto gentile e preparato, colazione ottima, anche con in ottimo ristorante, praticamente consiglio a tutti.

Große Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel, Wellnessbereich mit Pool im Zentrum der Anlage.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundlicher Empfang, aber leider war unser Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet und es wurde erst gegen Mitternacht ruhig.

Alles ausgezeichnet, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr schöne Suite und toller SPA-Bereich

Lighting in bathroom should be better as it was dark - only 1 light bulb

Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wir kommen mindestens einmal im Jahr.
Eine Anmerkung: Die Zimmer sollten wirklich jeden Tag gereinigt werden.
Personal ist immer sehr freundlich

The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa.
The **** designation is well deserved.
Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up.
The main problem of the stay - the announced lobby bar was permanently closed. Restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and so after 10 p.m. the whole hotel was dead.

As expected

It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Wir waren in der Nebensaison als Familie im Hotel. Das Hotel ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker und man hat beim Frühstück als auch a la carte ein tolle Auswahl. Der Spa Bereich hatte für uns eine ausreichende Größe und wir konnten auch im Pool mit ausreichend Platz planschen. Im Zimmer hatten wir zwei kleine Defekte, die Beleuchtung Badspiegel sowie der Badlüfter. Das uns gestellte Babybett war lädiert aber wir konnten es dennoch nutzen. Für uns der größte Minuspunkt, war der „tägliche Reinigungsservice“, denn hier wurden gefühlt nur die Handtücher getauscht. Gerade mit Kleinkind und dann auch noch in der Nass-kalten Saison, ist das Saugen der Zimmer für uns ein tägliches Muss. Das war tatsächlich das einzige Ärgernis. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

No a/c in room

Neues komfortables Hotel in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Sauna, Innen- und Außenpool sehr ansprechend. Ein großer, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das à la carte Abendessen im Restaurant Gusto ist hervorragend. Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr aufmerksam.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft. Sowohl kinderfreundlich als auch tierfreundlich. Von unserem Zimmer toller Blick Richtung Schneekoppe.
