Pros:

God mat i Osteria/restauranten på hotellet. Meget hyggelige og oppmerksomme kelnere som hadde kunskap om de lokale råvarene. På forespørsel kom de med gode vinanbefalinger til maten.

Cons:

Vi fikk ikke med oss guidet omvisning i vinproduksjon da denne kun var på Italiensk. Vi er utenfor sesong. Det er lurt å bestille dette på forhånd.

Bel posto, meriterebbe di essere maggiormente conosciuto, io l’ho trovato per caso.
Pros:

Direi tutto. Zona da frequentare più spesso, con tanti paesini e ottimi ristoranti.
Luogo incantevole e molto interessante storicamente. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo cibo (oltre ovviamente al vino…siamo in una mega cantina…) anche se il menu è un po’ limitato ma più che sufficiente.
Ottima colazione.
La prima camera assegnataci era un po’ piccola ma hanno provveduto subito a cambiarcela (avendo un cagnolino ci serviva almeno un antibagno per farlo dormire la notte)
Esperienza da ripetere magari nella bella stagione

Luogo bello, funzionale con una cantina da visitare e un parco storico bellissimo.
Pros:

Location bellissima, non un unico hotel ma una sorta di Borgo con tre hotel spa, due ristoranti e cantina. Passeggiare tra le colline circondato dai vigneti, molto bello. Staff professionale e molto gentile.

Cons:

Nel negozio con i vini in vendita c'erano alcune (non tutte) etichette che si trovavano a prezzi inferiori online...;-)

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Foresteria delle vigne è inserito nel contesto del villaggio di Fontanafredda lo staff e l’ osteria da disguido creano un ambiente accogliente, ottima cucina locale, servizi all’altezza della struttura come visita in cantina da prenotare, personale competente (sommelier, guida per la cantina) e che sa trasmettere la passione per il vino e la struttura. Ubicazione strategica per un giro nelle Langhe sia in bicicletta che in auto.
