Pros:

Die gute Organisation vor Ort, Online Check In hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer stand bei der Anreise bereits 2 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Bezug zur Verfügung. Die Bar in der Lobby und die Getränke, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals dort, sind sehr hervorzuheben!

Modernes Hotel, top-Anbindung an ÖVV, nettes Personal - Zimmer etwas klein
Pros:

Modern, sauber, aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Zimmergröße von 19m2 zu klein und zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, wenn man auf einer Wochenreise unterwegs ist.
Nicht sicher, ob Rührei beim 19€-Frühstück wirklich selbst gemacht ist.

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber

Cons:

Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. In Hamburg war an diesem Wochenende Helene Fischer mit ihrer Stadion-Show zu Gast und es war auch noch Schlager-Move. Das zeigte sich natürlich auch in den Preisen (410,- Euro inkl. Frühstück). Aber das soll nicht der Grund der Kritik sein.
Beim Check-In wurde ich informiert, dass mein Zimmer ein barrierefreies Zimmer ist und ich dadurch den Vorteil habe, dass es schön groß ist. Groß war es auch. Jedoch war es und das ist meine persönliche Wahrnehmung total ungemütlich eingerichtet. Zu keiner Zeit habe ich mich in diesem Zimmer (324) wohlgefühlt. Es gibt im Hotel auch eine kleine Bar. Hier wurde in die Longdrinks soviel Eis reingetan, dass man schnell trinken musste, damit man nicht irgendwann eine wässrige Substanz trinkt. Das Frühstück war auch nicht der Hit. Beengte Räumlichkeiten und während man Frühstück isst, wird ohne Rücksicht keine 2 Meter weiter, durch eine Fremdfirma die Bar gereinigt und der Boden gesaugt.

Hat uns bis auf den kleinen Vorfall gut gefallen.
Pros:

Alles in allem ein angenehmer viertägiger Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ein Morgen war kaum ein Tisch frei, da überall benutztes Geschirr rumstand. Dementsprechend gab es auch keine Kaffeebecher. War am nächsten Tag aber alles wieder bestens.

Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Top Lage, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man sofort am Hafen.

Cons:

Das Parken im Hotel zugehörigen Parkhaus is schon sehr teuer.
