Wifi was slow. We had a lot of phone calls from the restaurant we did not understand why they called except once after breakfast when we gave wrong room number.

Le personnel n’a pas fait correctement son travail. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour aller au ferry le lendemain matin. Le ferry partait à 8h . Le taxi devait venir à 6h45 .. il n’est jamais venu car il n’avait pas été commandé. Aucun taxi n’était disponible ce matin-là très tôt , heureusement un chauffeur de taxi qui était prévu pour une autre course un peu plus tard a accepté de nous emmener

Nothing except bed and food is available here. Toiletries especially shampoo and conditioner provided are of poor quality. The quality of the packed breakfast(previous night parantha, mayonnaise sandwich, raw and small banana in a surprisingly good box kept in a smelly paper bag) is also very poor. Cheap TVs with some third party connections which try to make these dull TV smart with many glitches.
The property appears to be renovated on contract through some architect who duped the owner and used mostly third class cheap non branded material like , PVC louvers doors, cheap WCs with poor grouting,The tile grouting has been done shabbily everywhere including balconies and toilets . Sofas, wooden work and bed heads have been made with poor material. PVC louvers which are meant for cheap wall lining, have been used for false ceilings. The Reception Guy appeared to be just awakened from deep sleep at 6.00 AM on 27th Dec 2024. He was totally uncouth and was touching his eyes and nose terribly while delivering the packed breakfast. Though, the quality of the paper box material used to pack breakfast is very good. The size of the toilet is very small in comparison to the room area. Even a ceiling fan has not been provided over sofas, the cooling effect of AC is felt only in the bed area.

It’s over priced. Breakfast had very limited options.

Breakfast included in the room package was very basic and service lacking, it is also not served before 7:30, only packed breakfast is provided which is dry and bland. Room cleaning has to be reminded, breakfast dining table clothes were dirty and tables wobbly.

Bedsheets, towels had stains.
Room was not properly cleaned, there was dirt and we were coughing due to it.

It was impossible to pay with credit card. Finally understood that the hotel doesn’t accept international credit cards. That forced me to go to ATMs and collect cash in order to pay the bill . Don’t understand why this is not mentioned when creating the reservation. Now I also understand why I got several messages from the hotel asking me to send wire transfer of money to grant the booking. Obviously they couldn’t get it as they don’t accept the cards.
