Perfect place for short stays
Pros:

Fräscht, bra läge och prisvärt.
Pros:

Läget var centralt, hotellet var välstädat och höll den standard vi förväntad oss. Bra storlek på familjerum och helt ok frukost. Extra plus för att det fanns ett uttag för att ladda mobil mm som inte var brittisk standard.

Cons:

Vi hade önskat att det hade framgått vid bokningen att rummet låg mot gatan och att det innebär mycket ljud både under natten och tidig morgon. Då det inte finns ac behövde vi har fönstret öppet och vi hade alla svårt att sova pga ljudet.

Très confortable et efficace
Pros:

Rapport qualité/prix incroyable, la chambre est très simple mais les lits étaient confortables et la salle de bien parfaitement nettoyé. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un city trip ou au final on ne passe pas énormément de temps dans la chambre.

Cons:

La pièce pour laisser ses bagages pourrait être mieux sécurisée

It was value for money!
Pros:

It was an ideal location not far from Marylebone Station and Paddington underground. Staff were friendly. Free coffee and tea on tap. We could leave our bags before check-in time but our room was ready. Staff were happy for us to eat our lunch in the lounge.

Cons:

No air conditioning!

Nice hotel, had a great stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a very well decorated building, I had a great stay here and all the staff I encountered were great, especially the girl who checked us in during the afternoon. The location is amazing if you are visiting London for either business or leisure, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the breakfast was nice too. Definitely one of the better hotels in this area, and one I would highly recommend and stay at again. Thanks to all the team for a wonderful stay!

Avoid From that hotel

Only the location is okay

Cons:

Avoid if you value sleep. I paid £120 for a room with no air conditioning during summer. There's a loud beeping noise outside the room that repeats every minute, all night I had to sleep with earphones playing music just to cope. The rooms are extremely small with poor ventilation, and from 6 AM you hear the entire hotel through the walls. One of the worst nights I've had in 28 countries of travel.

Tiny, boiling box room.
Pros:

Not a lot. The staff were decent enough and the wifi was ok if I had to say something.

Cons:

Overpriced room, no aircon not even a fan!, £15 parking with limited spaces, tiny little box room. Im not the biggest guy (5’10) probably a bit wider shoulder than average but the shower was tiny I couldn’t really move very well in it. A taller or wider guy will struggle massively. The room was on the 3rd floor and was boiling all night. Tiny tv didn’t even bother turning it on.

Great location, lovely staff, basic facilities but lovely and clean
Pros:

The location was good and it offered parking (although it is limited)

Cons:

We were in room 403 and it was extremely noisy with some kind of generator going on and off so couldn’t sleep, it was a little cramped for 3 people, pillows were flat (had to ask for extra)

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location. Short walk from Paddington station. Close to shops, restaurants, parks.
Our room was clean. The bathroom was spacious. Every two days we obtained fresh towels, every four days fresh bedding.
Breakfast offer was basic but fresh, always fully replenished by attentive and friendly staff.
Receptionists were helpful and polite.

Cons:

Mattresses were too soft.
