Great place but hard to get a good nights sleep
Pros:

Great location however the insistent late night drumming audible from nearby clubs from 11PM to 3AM was maddening and disturbed our sleep3 out of four nights.

Excellent location, warm and friendly service, an outstanding breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable, luxurious bed.

Cons:

We booked a room with a balcony at an additional cost because my husband is a smoker. However, only upon arrival did we discover that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including the balconies.

This was very disappointing, as we paid extra for a balcony that did not serve its intended purpose. My husband also had to go outside onto the street to smoke, as there was no designated smoking area.

I fully understand and respect the hotel’s non-smoking policy. However, I believe such restrictions should be clearly communicated during the booking process. Furthermore, a hotel of this standard should provide a reasonable and comfortable designated smoking area for its guests.

This is simply a matter of transparency, consideration, and respect for all hotel guests.

La ubicación en el barrio antiguo y cerca del castillo es perfecta.

Cons:

El acceso a las habitaciones al no contar todos los pisos e ingreso con ascenso es compilicado. Si se tiene movilidad reducida hay que avisar
En determinados horarios faltó agua caliente.
