Gorgeous stay!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The room is impeccably designed, incredibly comfortable, and spacious. The staff are wonderful, and the room service is fantastic.

Quiet room in the middle of old town
Pros:

Perfect location with extremely nice and quiet rooms. I never heard outdoor or cross room noise in the 2 days we were there, the standard room was a great size, and we took advantage of the late checkout time when our flight was delayed.

Cons:

Pretty pricey during Finge, but so were most hotels

Staff were great and the position of the hotel was excellent for exploring Old Edinburgh.

Location very central to Old Town.

Cons:

The check-in experience was poor. The guy on the counter was less than welcoming; no information given about hotel facilities; room with a balcony was booked but there wasn't even a chair on the balcony to sit on. There was no housekeeping service provided on day 2 of our stay. Over priced for a 'balcony' room.

Unbeatable Location, Great Staff and Beautiful Rooms
Pros:

The property is in a real premium location in old town, it is totally safe and few minutes walk to all the attractions
The hotel is spotlessly clean
Everyone is nice specially Zack who was very helpful and supportive, also Martin who made sure I get my transportation taxi to the airport safely
I am not good with names but everyone was amazing also the two men who stayed at the gate of the hotel
Also make sure to ask to meet Boner the hotel dog cause he is a real sweetheart
Make sure to visit the rooftop it has an amazing view to Edinburgh castle

Cons:

That my room was in the second floor but the hotel was fully booked so there was nothing to be done however the room was beautiful with a nice balcony
