Highly recommend
Pros:

Location was excellent, near to bars and pubs and the castle. Courtyard was lovely and cool to sit and enjoy a drink. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful at all times

Cons:

Would have preferred a wider range of food, not just Italian in the courtyard area

I had the best experience in this hotel with an upgrade to their suite (Ted’s suite) which was amazing the interior is creative, something i never saw before and the staff are very kind and helpful

I’ve stayed in better 4 star hotels.

Breakfast was £25 each and didn’t include a drink. Tea/coffee was extra. Staff were not really approachable . Food wasn’t the best.

Zentrale Lage, moderne und grosszügige Zimmer - wir haben aufgrund unserer 30-jährigen Ehe eine Upgrade erhalten, plus 2 Gratis Trinks - ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, 2 Restaurants und tolle Bar. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Rooftop Bar wäre nett; aktuell kann man auf der Terrasse mit toller Aussicht sitzen und sich die Drinks selbst mitnehmen.

The position and how quirky and individual it is.

Cons:

The expense, I've been to much nicer hotels and half the cost of this! It is beautiful and this was a special trip, but nothing stood out in particular that account for over £800 per night.
