Acar Airport Hotel Plus

I am charged two times by the hotel. One by online reservation and one at arrival when they said that they collect the payment in person at arrival. I requested from them to refund the extra payment, but they say their accountant is not around. And they don't pick up my phone. Second, when we arrived, our room was rented to somebody else already. Third, the TVs don't work. Third, furniture sides are very sharp. We are injured several times. Fourth, coridors have no air. Zero air. Fifth, flies don't allow to have breakfast. Sixth, breakfast saloon is the hotel reception saloon and it is too small. For the double payment they took from me, I may have to apply to the public prosecutor. All in all, certainly rent another hotel.

Bathroom was in bad condition, shower door was missing.

Service was bad, bed and bedding were unsafe, dirty and one very small sheet for cover. Kitchen in reception area and smell of burning oil which put me off breakfast. I had to buy my own breakfast.
Staff speak very little English and not very helpful.
It was very unpleasant experience.

This is an unfreindly place especially hostile to Americans garbage includinf tires are dumbed in the front of teh building.

Manager charged me twice even the booking was prepaid.

The hotel just across of mosque. No chance to nap or sleep - muezzin every 2 hours.

Local de ótima localização. Muito perto do aeroporto de Istambul. Preço justo, local com limpeza e acolhimento.

Very bad hotel, Staff is very rude.

The exterior doors on the 3rd floor would not close so the noise from the wind and traffic came in. The interior walls of the hallways were in poor condition. Also, the walls are very thin so I could hear people walking up and down the hallways at 3am. I only got about 2 hours of sleep the whole night.

Lentojen vaihtoa odottamassa yön yli Istanbulissa. Hotelli ok, kuljetus järjestyy kentältä (vaikkakin kallis). Huoneessa jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin. Rauhallinen. Englanninkielen taito heikkoa.

IT WAS A PLEASENT STAY

Otel hiç fena değil, sadece çalışanlar biraz soğuk ve deneyimsiz gibi. Servis anlayışı gelişmemiş. Oda ve konfor çok iyiydi. Tavsiye edilebilir bir otel.

Serve un po' più di pulizia e cura strutturale

I’ve booked one month ago a room with breakfast for 25€. I arrived at the hotel (at 1am) and my reservation didn’t exist. After 30 mins in which I’ve tried to contact hotels.com for any help, they suggested me a room before for 50€ (1000try), then for 70€ and, finally, for 40€. By the way, nothing was connected to my booking, so I preferred to go out. Never again! And even hotels.com has never contacted me. Very sad!

Arrive at 02:00 after texting a few times the arrival time. We were told the hotel was in a different location and were sent to walk without language a few hundred meters. In the correct hotels, we were told they overbooked for the night and didn't know if we were coming... They sent us to the other hotel that was under construction: shower and toilet broken and super noisy—Wall paper half-done. I do not recommend for a good night's sleep.

I was OVERCHARGED. Instead of E28.35 I was charged E70!!!
