Overall, Good
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. Loved the access to free beverages after 11 am. There was a great selection. The amenities had a good selection. It was also close to the station and Shinkansens.

Cons:

I like hard beds but these were like sleeping on slabs. My back was stiff every morning. The dryers were not great and hanging clothes in the room to dry was limited.

Good place to stay near Tokyo Station
Pros:

Good hotel situated within walking distance from Tokyo Station central Yaesu exit. There are also 2 exit to the underground galery Yeachika nearby. The metro station is not far away either. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities in Tokyo Station, Yaechika and Gransta galleries. The Pokémon Center Tokyo DX is not far away either.

Cons:

Not all staff speak English. As I was checking out on a day when a typhoon was schedule it was difficult to find into on where to get shelters after checking out, if underground gallery or station would be open, or if trains or metro would be operating on that day.

Pros:

Location was excellent, just minutes walk to Tokyo station and 15 min walk to Ginza. I especially liked the free masks, foot masks, bath salts and creams available at the check in desk

Decent hotel close to Tokyo station but with small rooms
Pros:

Very close to Tokyo station. Smaller rooms with limited facilities, but good staff.

Cons:

Rooms were congested. They charged double for a day when I needed to extend my stay until 6:00 pm.
