Wonderful staff, aminities, and comfort in an amazing location just a short walk away from Tokyo Station
Pros:

The staff, the location and the amenities were all top notch. I was impressed how close the hotel was to Tokyo station and it made everything extremely easy to navigate and a wonderful place to return to after a hectic day in Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great stay with fantastic location in a quiet district right near Ginza.
Pros:

Great location literally steps away from Tokyo central station made it easy with travel across with big suitcases from the Narita express train.
Very friendly staff with super cheap luggage forwarding service within a hotel so heading to Kyoto for onward Japan journey was so easy.
Subway stations are about 5-10mins walk too.

Cons:

Great value for money. Couldn’t fault it.

Pros:

Close to Tokyo station with access to subway and regional rail, many restaurant and shopping, very clean, moderately-sized room, kind and helpful staff.

Excellent stay near Tokyo Station
Pros:

The room was spacious and super near to Tokyo Station, which was great for us travelling with two young childten. Lovely staff and all the comforts we needed for a one-night stay. We appreciated the little toiletries they provided and the adult pyjamas. The free coffee and tea in the lobby made for comfort as well.

Cons:

If I really have to dig for a complaint, it would be the lack of view, which is not a big deal at all as we only stayed for a night.

Cordialidade dos funcionários, localização muito próxima da Tokyo Station, café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

O quarto é o banheiro são pequenos. Pode ser ruim para quem estiver com muita bagagem (não era o nosso caso).

A really pleasant and comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent plenty of food and staff to assist. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from Toyoko station and close to many restaurants
Walking distance from the imperial palace and the Tokyo International Forum
