Pros:

All the staff I have met were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides really nice amenities, including hotsprings bathing salt. I have to leave for three days to attend matsuri in the Tohoku region, the hotel is able to store my luggage and have it in my room when I return, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The bed and pillow are both too hard for me.

It’s quite good for Tokyo! The price is reasonable, and everything they offer is of good quality.
Pros:

The location is excellent! The cleanliness is also outstanding, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. There are lots of skincare product samples, which is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service!

Cons:

The single room is very small. Even in a single room, the bed could be queen-size. The hotel is surrounded by other buildings, so the room had very little natural light and no view. There is no swimming pool, which I knew beforehand, but I still missed having one.
