●Elevators will not be available.
*During the power outage, please use the emergency stairs. Staff will guide you.
●The hot water supply will be cut off (both cold and hot water will be unavailable).
※Even after service has been restored, the hot and cold water in the bathtub and sink may contain air and appear reddish. Please leave the tap open for a while before using the water to check.
●The lighting in the room cannot be used.
※Small emergency lights (flashlights) are provided in each guest room.
●Air conditioning and heating facilities cannot be used.
●Internet cannot be connected.

Location is very close to Tokyo station.
Nowhere to sit and eat except in your room. Lift always stopped on level 2.
The location is very close to Tokyo station, which was great and within walking distance to Ginza. The security is good and having hot/cold drinks available at all times was a great amenity! The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was a great way to start the day!
Being in Tokyo, the rooms are really tiny, but with a little re-arranging, we were able to fit our four suitcases.
Walking distance from the Tokyo station (underground exit 21 is right next to the hotel). Cosy and quiet. Very helpful staff. Unusual spacious room by Japanese standard. Good continental breakfast buffet menu. Possibility for early check-in at noon for a small fee, which we greatly appreciated after 13h long flight. Lots of small authentic restaurants in the neighborhood . Imperial East Gardens within 20min walking distance.

Leider kein Schrank oder Regal, um Bekleidung abzulegen.
Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Tokyo. La pulizia e l'attenzione al dettaglio sono favolosi! La stanza era molto pulita e lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
