En general, me pareció un hotel bastante básico para el precio tan alto que cobran.
La habitación es pequeña y sin TV.
Precio alto, habitación básica.
Good sized room with comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. Quiet.
Cama comoda
No es hotel 04 estrellas, comparte mas el esquema IBIS, falta puerta en la ducha, guardaropa y la internet es pesima en el cuarto
Comodità letto. Buona location.
Stanza piccolissima e fredda, senza armadio e senza televisione. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più
We thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the design of the hotel and the rooms, the views from the rooms, the space upstairs, the gym, and the excellent breakfast. Moreover, the other Good Hotel in Antigua was equally amazing. What is a true gem is the story of the hotel and the connection with supporting children's education.
The room is a bit too small and lacks a good space to work in if you are there for a longer period of time.
La ducha estaba espectacular .. Tenía pava eléctrica en la habitación y los desayunos riquísimos
La disposición de la cama definitivamente no era cómoda.. la atención durante el desayuno fue muy descuidada y sin nada de apuro
The location was about a 15 minute taxi/Uber ride to the historic center where tourists like to congregate. Directly behind the hotel was a large food court, a Starbucks and down an escalator, a large modern supermarket. It was very convenient. When I first arrived one of the young women at the desk took me on a walking tour around the block pointing out how to access the supermarket. She and her other young woman colleague were very helpful throughout my stay. They both spoke excellent English and were able to answer all of my questions.
The room had a balcony with a view of the volcano in the distance. The sunrise views with clouds around the base of the volcano were particularly beautiful.
The room was small which probably caused the somewhat unusual arrangement in that the bed had no headboard and faced away from the windows and the view of the volcano in the distance. When trying to read in bed I propped the pillows against the wall so I'd have something to lean against. Then I could look to my left to see the view.
Fortunately I was the only one in the room. If there had been two of us one would have had to crawl across the bed to get in as one side of the bed was up against the wall. There were also too few hangers for two people. There wasn't a closet just hooks on the wall to hang the hangers on. Not a situation I particularly like.
The toilet room was completely black, wall tile, floor tile, toilet, light, everything. Perhaps the designer thought it looked modern but it was just strange and depressing. The sink was in the bedroom area. There was a big shower which was very nice.
Zona 4 is a great neighborhood to be, but there are not many hotels, so the good hotel is a great option to be there. It is part of an apartment building, which gives it a bit of "part of the neighborhood" vibe.
The rooms are really small, but that is not that bad.
