Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. It’s definitely a place I would happily come back to.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Perfect location. Room was amazing with the sea view. Comfortable and clean. Staff was really helpful too on giving recommendations. Happy to stay here again when i'm back to Istanbul in the future.

Location good, staff friendly, rooms tired and basic
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The bed was clean and the rate was reasonable for Istanbul

Cons:

When I arrived, there wasn't any kettle or iron. When I enquired I was provided a steamer, but told the kettle wouldn't be there till the following day. The hairdryer didn't work, the shower doors were broken and so water leaked out. The walls/floors were very thin and so I could hear everything from all rooms around me. Was particularly annoying at 3am/4am each morning! If there had been a kettle (morning coffee is an essential) and a working hairdryer (when travelling for work this is a necessity) (I think these are the absolute basics for a hotel stay) I would have been happy!

La stanza presentata come monolocale superior non è adatta a ospitare persone. Si può ospitare muffa e funghi.lLe dimensioni permettono a malapena di girare intorno al letto. Buia, e mal isolata dall'umidità, e dal rumore della strada a cui si affaccia. Le finestre non si possono aprire, sono state tolte le maniglie. L'asciugacapelli rotto è stato riparato con nastro adesivo senza successo. Ne ho chiesto uno di emergenza e mi è stato detto che era rotto anche quello. La TV non è smart, non ha nessun canale registrato,la cucina è inesistente. C'è un bollitore ma l'acqua la devi riempire in bagno perché il lavandino è una fessura nel legno, in cui cresce un fungo/muffa che sembra un pezzo di formaggio brie. L' ho scoperto durante la notte perché era stato tappato con dei piatti e ciotole. Un incubo. Mi dispiace per i ragazzi che lavorano lì.

Η ρεσεψιον, υποτίθεται πως ήταν 24ωρη οκως το πρωί δεν υπηρχε κάνεις και δεν μπορούσαμε ν βγούμε απο το ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης το σεσουάρ ήταν χαλασμένο και ενώ μας έφεραν ενα εφεδρικό στη συνέχεια, λόγω 2ου χαλασμένο σεσουάρ στο ξενοδοχείο, μας το πήραν πίσω. Οι τοίχοι είχαν μούχλα και δεν εκλειναν τα στόρια.

Pros:

Nice price, great location, and clean rooms.

Cons:

The only minor issues were the shower door not sealing properly and the frying pan, which really needs replacing as food kept sticking to it. Cleaning it took quite a while. Other than that, everything was great.
