This was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the room were far below acceptable standards. The pillow covers, bedding, and duvet were all torn, which immediately gave a poor impression. There were hairs scattered all over the room, making it feel unhygienic.

The cups provided were stained with old tea marks, which is simply unacceptable in any hotel. To make matters worse, the washroom had a leakage issue, adding to the discomfort and inconvenience.

Overall, this experience felt like a zero—or even negative—rating. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in hygiene and maintenance.
