Pros:

This was the third time we stayed at the hotel. Friendly and very good service. The room is functional, clean and in good condition. We will stay again next time in Helsinki.

Pros:

The property was lovely. However, everytime I tried to extend my stay, the staff couldn't help me. They either said they couldn't see availability on their side or have me prices much higher than what was listed online. Nobody offered to help when moving bags or suitcases either, and I found it a little frustrating to have to ask to have my room cleaned.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast spread, conveniently placed just a short taxi ride from Helsinki centre. Really enjoyed the free tea, coffee and hot chocolate!

Gut mit naher Metro erreichbar. Ca 20 min zum Hauptbahnhof Helsinki.
Keine Leergebinde im Zimmer stehen lassen, die werden "entsorgt", auch wenn 40 €-Cent Pfand drauf sind.

Jag är mycket nöjd med vår vistelse. Hjälpsam personal och stor tillgänglighet till omkringliggande aktiviteter. Med Metro tog vi oss snabbt och enkelt till Helsingfors. Med ett 48-timmars pass åkte vi obegränsat med Metro, Tram eller buss. Stora bekväma rum med tillhörande bekvämligheter. Bufféfrukost mot betalning var mer än värd sitt pris. Alla i sällskapet 4 vuxna och 1 barn var nöjda över förväntningarna. Tack!

Sänky oli leveä. Kaikki siistiä ja uutta. Check in sujui hienosti koneella, check out ei toiminut, hlökunta auttoi sitten. Mukava lisä oli ,että hotelli tarjoaa kahvia/teetä/kaakaota alakerrassa.
