A great location but a disappointing unit for the price.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. The managers were very helpful.

Cons:

This review is only on unit 11 and may not be reflective of other units in the same building. The unit was not clean, sand on the floor when we arrived, there were blown light bulbs in dirty fittings, dirty stove and oven, ceiling fans caked in fluff. Not enough toilet paper (which was only single ply). Shower in bathroom- water did not flow away and required cleaning by my husband. Chair covers stained and dirty. No need to add more details, in short for $400+ per night this unit was disappointing.

Pros:

Comfortable apartment. Fantastic location. Friendly managers, with excellent communication.

Convenient
Pros:

Location was excellent. Ice maker fridge was a real win and loved the ground floor. Unit was clean.

Cons:

Only air conditioning in the lounge room. Microwave and bin were in pantry. No wifi, poor mobile reception and dryer didn’t actually dry anything. Tiny car space in garage and pool was located in the car park. No reception on site and communication about key collection wasn’t great.

Great location, spacious apartment, easy to check in and out.
Pros:

Convenience to shops, food, restaurants. Walking distance as well as ample car parking where we visited. The apartment was large and spacious for four adults.

Cons:

I found the apartment dated, and unfortunately it was not cleaned properly.

Great location, and good amenities with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry.

Quite run down - all bathroom taps leak, cupboards are falling apart in the bedrooms and not very clean.

Great base for a Cotton Tree stay
Pros:

Great unit in ideal location in Cotton Tree... Easy walk to everything. Unit was perfect for family of four.

Cons:

Three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It is rooftop but be aware prior to packing.
The garage is extremely tight - a bit car wouldn't fit.

Unfortunately the guests before us left the apartment in a disaster zone so the cleaner was late getting the place ready

Cons:

Aged furniture too much afternoon sun on the bedrooms with poor window furnishing to block out the sunlight then in the morning
Aircon in main living area is placed behind the fridge therefore blocking its best chance of flow which was unfortunate as it may have helped cool the back bedrooms down . I am glad to not be there peak summer time .

Pros:

Right near the beach, the surf club and the bowls club. Saw the Mooloolba fireworks from the beach. Great little cafe across the road. Lots of parking on the road in front. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Air-conditioning in lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer.

Cons:

No lift but wasn't too bad.

Enjoyed the location and rooftop views.
Pros:

Location is great.
Well furnished.
Great rooftop view for Apt 20 and private to the apartment.

Cons:

46 stairs if you are on third level.
No access for wheelchairs and/or anyone with mobility issues.
Difficult to bring luggage up and down the stairs. :-/
Garage is very small! could not fit my new SUV. Onus is on you to find an available car park on the busy street. :-(
Sofas and floors were sandy when we checked in :-(
