Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування в самому центрі, щоб дістатися до будь-якого району великого міста. Все необхідне є. Все інше можна придбати поблизу.

Гарний варіант для тих, хто цінує чистоту і комфорт
Pros:

Новий ремонт, чисто, хороша комунікація, безконтактне заселення, самісінький центр! В номері є холодильник, кухонька, мікрохвильовка, фен, праска і навіть фільтр для води.

Cons:

За 6 ночей проживання лише 1 раз запропонували поприбирати. Я відмовилася, бо в той день ще не було потреби. Але я не знала, що більше не запропонують і до кінця проживання так жодного разу і не прибирали. На моє прохання прибрати на 4й день, мені відповіли, що оскільки позавчора я відмовилася, а післязавтра виселяюся, то ніхто прибирати не буде… Також «цікавинка» з графіками відключення світла. Як виявилося, будинок не в тій черзі, яка привʼязана до адреси. Тому 2 дні я перевіряла в інтернеті фактичну адресу і не розуміла, чому немає світла тоді, коли б мало бути. І тільки після мого звернення до адміністратора я дізналася, що слід орієнтуватися на зовсім іншу адресу. Про такі речі варто було б попереджати гостей заздалегідь.
