Pros:

Super lekker ontbijt en zeer vriendelijke bediening .

Besser geht's nicht
Pros:

Die Villa ist ein außergewöhnliches Stadthotel mit wenigen Zimmern, die sehr großzügig und gut möbliert sind. Der wunderbare Garten bringt sofort Erholung. Es ist sehr ruhig. Vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn ab und man ist schnell und stressfrei unterwegs. Das eigene Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden.
Das Frühstück war liebevoll, reichlich und vielseitig vorbereitet.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgezeichneten Service, das herzliche Umsorgen. Gastfreundschaft wird hier gelebt.

Wir waren zufrieden
Pros:

Wunderschöne Villa mit großer Terrasse und Garten.
Wir hatten ein kühles Zimmer im Anbau. Sehr schön, bei der Hitze. Es gab gekühlte Getränke zur Selbstbedienung. Sogar eine Sauna hätten wir benutzen können.

Cons:

Leider hat die Unterkunft den Charme einer Kurklinlk. Hier steckt noch viel Potenzial drin.
Das Frühstück war gut. Aber, wenn man nach Kaffeewünschen fragt, könnte man auch persönlich eine Eierspeise anbieten. Das Schildchen dafür stand in einer Ecke und wurde von vielen Gästen übersehen.

Excellent accommodation.
Pros:

Everything, from arrival to departure. Very knowledgeable about the city, best transport to use.
Lovely welcome, lovely garden, large bedroom, very clean, comfortable bed.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Empfangs hat mich besonders beeindruckt : man fühlt sich eher bei Freunden als in einem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist liebevoll zusammengestellt und reichhaltig. Man kann das Frühstück entweder im Garten oder in den Innenräumen einnehmen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig.

Perfect location for a short city trip to Augsburg
Pros:

Our stay at Villa Arborea was wonderful. It is a tranquil oasis just 7 min tram ride from the city. The tram station is basically right outside the door. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Wifi connection was a bit poor.
