Très bien au calme.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, très calme avec très beau jardin. Assez proche du centre pour trouver un restaurant.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Chefin mit guten Tipps zum Augsburger Öffinetz. Stilvolles Haus mit einem traumhaft schönen Garten. Ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer mit Bad. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Kaffe nach Wahl, wenig Tischmüll.

Cons:

Der einzige Verbessserungsvorschlag betrifft den Teppichboden im Zimmer.

Alles tip top - sofort wieder!!
Pros:

Super nette Inhaberin, extrem sauber, sehr ruhig (zumindest mein Zimmer), wunderschöner Garten, feine Terrasse im Garten, sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was man sich so wünscht für einen langen Arbeitstag, Parken kein Problem,

Wenn wir wieder mal in Augsburg sind, buchen wir auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Gögginger Straße und trotzdem ist es ruhig und total schön dort. Man fühlt sich wie in einer kleinen grünen Oase, abseits der Stadt.

Alles war super. Schönes Haus mit tollen Garten/Park. Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt durch die Tram Linie 1 direkt vor dem Haus.
Wir haben das verlängerte Wochenende in der Villa Arborea sehe genossen.

Hat sich gelohnt
Pros:

Sehr üpiges und gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Würde es wieder buchen. Auch gute verbindung mit der ÖV.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin, großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schönes Ambiente.
Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Südgarten mit herrlichen Blumen und schattenspendenen Bäumen.
