Charmant familiehotel
Pros:

Kleinschalig, vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening, ontbijten op het terras tussen het groen was heerlijk. Ligging vlakbij tramhalte waardoor je op 10 min in het centrum van Augsburg staat.

Cons:

Wifi was moeilijk beschikbaar, mogelijk omdat onze kamer verder van het hoofdgebouw lag.

Alles bestens, klein aber sehr ordentlich
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar, im Grünen,
relativ klein, aber es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Freundliche Aufnahme und gute Tipps für Restaurants.
Rundherum Garten, Parkplätze innerhalb des Grundstücks, kostenfrei!

Villa, die dem Anspruch nicht gerecht wird.
Pros:

Die relative Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Lech.
Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich.
Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Der nächtliche Lärm (Straße, Straßenbahn etc.).
Das Bett hatte einen sehr großen Spalt zwischen den beiden Matratzen, das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen.

Das Frühstück war unterirdisch, billigster, wässriger O-Saft, ungekühler Aufschnitt, etc. Also man hat beim gesamten Frühstück gemerkt, es wurde nur auf billigste Ware geachtet.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer gefiel uns auch nicht. Wir hatten noch Zahnseide vom Vorgänger auf dem Teppich.

Insgesamt wirkte alles abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Direkt vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bus/Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in Augsburg gut unterwegs! Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen ,on Stadt-/Straßenlärm gar nix mitbekommen.
Schräg rüber von der Unterkunft liegt eine Kauflandfiliale, so dass man auf kurzem Weg schnell mal was einholen konnte. Kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - einfach SUPER!
Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Bett war etwas zu weich - aber das ist ja Geschmackssache

Pros:

Lokalita byla klidná. Krásné prostředí zahrady. Možnost snídat venku. Parkování ve dvoře. Tramvajové spojení do města přímo před ubytováním.

Cons:

Pokoj by si zasloužil výměnu opotřebovaného drobného nábytku (křesla, konferenční stolek). Také zahradní sezení a altán by chtěli trochu vyčistit.

Mooie, grote kamer, goed bed, heerlijk ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel, dicht bij centum, 7 minuten met tram 1 voor
Pros:

Hotelkamer en korte afstand naar het centrum met het openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Een koelkastje zou prettig zijn.

Pros:

Die Stadtnähe mit direktem Anschluß zur Strassenbahn. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Garten. Wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, Frühstück war reichlich

Cons:

Höchstens zu weiche Matratzen. Ich bevorzuge harte. Habe aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Prettige ontvangst, goede parking en rustige kamer met gemeenschappelijke groot terras en tuin
Pros:

Locatie, heel gemakkelijk om de tram te nemen (30 meter van de Vilaa) naar diverse bezienswaardigheden. Je kunt heel fijn buiten zitten, er is een groot terras en en een grote tuin. De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst en kregen meteen veel informatie. Ook kun je er goed parkeren (op straat of parking van het hotel). Kamer met douche was prima.

Besser geht's nicht
Pros:

Die Villa ist ein außergewöhnliches Stadthotel mit wenigen Zimmern, die sehr großzügig und gut möbliert sind. Der wunderbare Garten bringt sofort Erholung. Es ist sehr ruhig. Vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn ab und man ist schnell und stressfrei unterwegs. Das eigene Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden.
Das Frühstück war liebevoll, reichlich und vielseitig vorbereitet.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgezeichneten Service, das herzliche Umsorgen. Gastfreundschaft wird hier gelebt.

Wir waren zufrieden
Pros:

Wunderschöne Villa mit großer Terrasse und Garten.
Wir hatten ein kühles Zimmer im Anbau. Sehr schön, bei der Hitze. Es gab gekühlte Getränke zur Selbstbedienung. Sogar eine Sauna hätten wir benutzen können.

Cons:

Leider hat die Unterkunft den Charme einer Kurklinlk. Hier steckt noch viel Potenzial drin.
Das Frühstück war gut. Aber, wenn man nach Kaffeewünschen fragt, könnte man auch persönlich eine Eierspeise anbieten. Das Schildchen dafür stand in einer Ecke und wurde von vielen Gästen übersehen.
