Pros:

Rooms and hotel was beautiful.
It is not in the center, which is what we wanted, but a short walk from a bus or metro, Santiago is well connected for transport so the location was perfect for us.
The rooms were clean? After a day out it was nice to enjoy a the room and the hotel facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location was very safe. I would book this again.
The rooms are large and so is the bathroom, which is well equipped with toiletries.
The bar is a really nice place to unwind, have lite snacks and a drink.

Cons:

My only point would be for the price we pay for the hotel it would be of more value if breakfast is included.
I would book again so not really a negative.
