I love the location, close to transport, easy to walk area and quiet. The restaurant is excellent as well.
No pool. Repair noise and I was located close to the lift and even people’s conversations would wake me up.

In the leafy district of Providencia near all amenities, comfortable well-run corporate hotel.
It was all fine - not all staff at the front desk were welcoming, however. Rooms are not particularly spacious.

La relación calidad-precio no está a la altura. La habitación es pequeña y el mobiliario muy básico. No hay agua en la habitación, ni de cortesía ni de pago. En el baño solo hay dispensadores de jabón, sin amenities, y las toallas son pequeñas. Se nota que todo está demasiado medido, y es justamente en esos detalles donde se percibe el servicio. Además, durante mi estadía de cinco días el hotel tuvo mucho movimiento, tanto entre semana como el fin de semana: el lobby siempre estaba concurrido y el desayuno, lleno. La experiencia se asemeja más a la de un hotel económico que a lo que sugiere su tarifa.
