Für den Preis super. Es ist bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Modern, sauber und gut gelegen mir vielen Restaurants und Cafes.
Wasserspender, schöner Innenhof und Gym vorhanden.

Cons:

Fernseher ohne SmartTV (keine Apps), aber das ist auch nicht so schlimm. Keine Handtücher im Gym.

Los departamentos son espaciosos y muy limpios.

Que las ventanas no tengan polarizado pues te ven de afuera y la construcción al lado que hace perder la privacidad.

Estadia agradável em instalações modernas
Pros:

Atendimento impecável, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Localização boa, num bairro agradável e próximo a muitos comércios e estação de metrô Pedro de Valdivia. Instalações novas e modernas, decoração de bom gosto. Camas confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando. Pressão e temperatura do chuveiro ótimas. Hotel possui um restaurante muito bom que, além do café da manhã, também serve almoço e janta.

Cons:

Apesar de haver um restaurante no hotel, eles não possuem serviço de quarto. Isso poderia ser incorporado, visto que o restaurante basicamente atende aos hóspedes do hotel. Além disso, havia algumas pequenas necessidades de manutenção em nosso quarto, mas nada grave.

Cama e chuveiros excelentes. Localização Perfeita. Quando for à Santiago me hospedarei novamente.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem netten Quartier von Santiago
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es gab leider kein glutenfreies Brot oder Gebäck, obwohl ich es bei der Buchung angegeben hatte.
