From the welcome to the clarity in communication, all was great. Genuinely as a person who had previously visited Santiago (2009) and was reluctant to return, the staff, location and support really ensured that our time in the city was really good. The location close to line 1 of the metro, the facilities and cracking breakfast were really impressive. Thank you to all the staff... if I ever come back I would genuinely come back and not go anywhere else. You also linked me up with a great taxi driver whom I used every time that I came back - shout if you need his details.

A localização é excelente, perto do metrô e de vários restaurantes e lojas e o café da manhã também é excelente, com muita variedade! O quarto tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro tem um ótimo chuveiro!
O Quarto poderia ter mais iluminação, é um pouco escuro.

Me gustó la ubicación céntrica. Cercana a restaurantes y comercios.
La amabilidad del personal de recepción de las señoritas y del restaurante del bufete desayuno muy amable los jóvenes siempre atentos.
La habitación era confortable y limpia con caja fuerte.
No me gustó que el check in sea tan tarde 3 om..por lo que llegue mas temprano y me cobraron un día entero mas...en otros países me cobran un porcentaje o nada por ingresar antes.brasil argentina o Europa.
La habitación tenía vista a sistemas de calefacción por el costo aunque sea debió ser interna .
El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde 7pm. Mayormente son desde las 6 am por los tours que se toman temprano.
Estaba en una zona muy linda. Y todas las instalaciones se notaban nuevas y de buena calidad. Toda nuestra estadía Nos atendieron super bien. El desayuno increíble. Mención especial para la gente del restaurante que también fueron súper amables con nosotras.
Sólo tuvimos un problema la segunda noche que perdió agua el baño, pero avisamos y nos cambiaron de habitación en el momento. Super rápidos

El restaurante la comida no era como la esperaba, no era parecido a lo del menú cambiaban ingredientes y no era tan bueno
Uma excelente infraestrutura, quarto impecável cama super confortável, banheiro e ducha excelentes, tudo muito limpo, organizado e confortável. Nota 10 para tudo! Recomendo!

Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos. Lolicaização perfeita, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé, café da manhã delicioso, quartos limpos, chuveiro com muita pressão, internet rápida, estrutura impecável.
