Almasur Providencia exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I found the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. There was also a gym and a laundry. The hotel was located in a very safe area and as I was travelling alone, this was important to me.

A localizaçao, o café da manhã e o atendimento da equipe foram excepcionais.

Cons:

Apenas uma observaçao: eu e meu marido ficamos em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e achamos as camas pequenas e os colchões, muito macios.

Excellent the facility to stay. Breakfast self service could be improved

Breakfast was ok. Coffee machine was every day malfunctioning. Somehow the scrambled eggs were cold everyday and the waiting time to get new recently made was too long

From the moment i walked in I felt a welcome from all the staff. In particular the lovely lady on reception.

Everyone was particularly accomodating.

They have a great restaurant and cocktail bar as well.

The room was very clean and new.

I highky recommend this hotel for good value for money.
