Pros:

Todo, el hotel es un lujo. Todo muy cuidado al detalle, y, la habitacion nos encantó. El personal muy amable en todo momento, la verdad. Ojalá todos los hoteles y el servicio del mismo fueran iguales.

el personal, desde q nos recibieron hasta el último día. Coincidiendo con mi cumpleaños enviaron por cortesía a nuestra habitación una botella de espumoso y unas fresas con chocolate, toda una sorpresa y un detalle que no esperábamos.
El desayuno muy variado y rico.
La ducha con efecto lluvia es una maravilla.

Por decir algo, el ruido de los niños en la piscina, que molestaba un poco en horario de siesta.

Service im Restaurant freundlich und beratend, top. Essen am Abend ausvorzüglich!

Cons:

Reception eher unfreundlich. Es fehlt einiges: anbieten von Begrüssungsgetränk, obwohl es auf dem Tisch steht, Hilfe mit Gepäck, kein Danke zum Schluss, kein Nachfragen. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer für die 1.Nacht steht zur Verfügung. Danke! Nachfüllen am 2. Tag liegt nicht mehr drin und muss einzeln bezahlt werden.
Empfinde ich als sehr kleinlich und habe ich so noch nie erlebt!
Es kommt keine Herzlichkeit auf. Schade.

Hotel excelente e novo!
Pros:

Localização excelente, hotel lindo, novo. Café da manhã maravilhoso e possuem estacionamento, que foi um dos fatores decisórios. Funcionários super atenciosos e educados.

Cons:

O fato do quarto ter saída para a piscina. Como estava frio, precisávamos sair na área da piscina e depois voltar para dentro da área comum do hotel. Mas nada que atrapalhou.

Perfect stay in Évora
Pros:

Very modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. The reception staff made me feel very welcome immediately. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (1556). The perfect stay in Évora!

Excellent stay friendly and professional staff lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

Decor was exceptional a lot of thought given to every detail, very comfortable bed superb linens and black out curtains . View from bedroom.

Slight water noise appears to come through air con unit.
