Overall nice hotel and would recommend.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Great location. Rain shower was great.

Cons:

Hotel parking was down the street and under construction. Code to gate did not work smoothly and staff had to come down to assist.

Nice option for Évora

Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice location.

Cons:

Parking was farther than we expected but manageable. There was a problem with a safe that wouldn’t reopen that caused an hour delay but was resolved the the help of a hammer and screwdriver in the end. We weren’t catching a flight so no big deal. Frequent traveler tip: always open the safe the night before your departure to avoid this situation, especially if you’re catching a flight. Hotel safes sometimes fail, as happened today.

Nice place, good restaurant
Pros:

Bathroom was great. Restaurant was very good for diner and breakfast. Location good to see local sites. We had poolside door so very nice easy access location

Cons:

Room a bit small but otherwise very nice and bathroom made up for it.
