Top Lage, Bequemlichkeit des Zimmers mäßig.

Lage ist top, Zimmer hübsch gemacht

Cons:

Bett war sehr unbequem, viel zu klein, Kissen hart. Keine Ablageflächen im Badezimmer, sehr kleines Bad, Lärm von Baustelle

Excellent hotel, clean and modern with friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location being near Hyde park and Kensington gardens. Walking distance to public transport. Room was clean and modern.

Incroyable, je recommande
Pros:

Hôtel assez bien placé, proche de pas mal, de petites rues pour aller déjeuner le matin, assez beau et assez moderne. Et la réactivité et la rapidité à répondre sur WhatsApp est incroyable je n’ai jamais vu ça. Je recommande beaucoup.

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivé, je l’ai fait part directement sur WhatsApp avec les personnes avec qui je communiquait, mais ce n’était pas parfaitement propre, ce que j’ai trouvé Dommage. Au niveau de la machine à café, il y avait encore des déchets dans les tiroirs, il y avait encore de l’eau dans la salle de bain, poubelle, pas totalement vide. Mais bon ce n’est pas grave, ce n’était pas non plus dégoûtant.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, vicinissima ad hyde park e anche alle attrazioni. Se vi piace camminare non avrete problemi a raggiungerle a piedi ma se voleste prendere i mezzi sono comodissimi: la fermata del bus e quella della metro sono a 5 min a piedi. È tranquillo a parte per il rumore della metro che pero non ci ha dato troppo fastidio. Gli arredi sono nuovi e anche la struttura è interamente ristrutturata. È anche vicina a posti per mangiare.

Cons:

La pulizia è da migliorare: abbiamo trovato capelli sul pavimento sia in camera sia in bagno. Anche le lenzuola avevano dei capelli all'interno il che ci ha fatto un po pensare... per un hotel che si dichiara da 4 stelle sono errori inammissibili. Anche le dimensioni della camera non erano quelle dichiarate... abbiamo preso la comfort room perche dalle foto era piu grande della versione più economica e dicevano che non sarebbe stata sopra la metropolitana, a quanto pare non era cosi. In due non ci riucivamo a muovere, a saperlo avrei preso quella piu economica visto che non cambiava nulla di fatto. Per due notti ci è andata bene essendo sempre fuori ma la camera DEVE rispecchiare la descrizione!!!
