Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein und das Bett auch obwohl wir die mittlere Zimmergrösse gebucht haben. Die Duschwand war leider auch etwas defekt.

Highly recommended stay in West London!
Pros:

Beautiful building in west London, large lobby area for working with a cafe for snacks and drinks which was so convenient! Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, answered any questions I had! Room was super clean and quiet, had a great nights sleep!
Highly recommended and great value!

This was another stay at Bob W Hyde Park, and I would happily choose it again anytime I need to be in the area.
Pros:

I loved the espresso machine in the room and the very comfortable bed. The virtual reception and smooth check-in made everything really easy. The location is perfect, with Hyde Park just around the corner. The staff at reception, Serena and Jack, were super friendly and helpful!

Moins cher qu'au centre mais au détriment du confort et très bruyant
Pros:

Endroit calme, propre, moderne et bien équipé globalement. La consigne pour les bagages est très pratique et grande.

Cons:

Le support est donné globalement par un ChatBot qui comprend très mal les questions et répond à côté de la plaque une fois sur deux. Les chambres sont extrêmement petites. Il y a énormément de bruit et la chambre est peu isolée malgré la mise à disposition de boules Quies et d'une machine à bruit blanc par le vendeur (ça n'aide pas vraiment, on entend le métro passer toutes les 5 minutes même avec la fenêtre fermée).

My new favourite spot in London
Pros:

Extremely clean, beautiful decor and very easy to self check in.
Caring and super friendly staff, close to tube station in a very nice neighbourhood. Just the perfect place for a short or long stay in London. My room was spacious, very clean, full of light, brand new bathroom and with a Nespresso machine, I love my morning coffee :)
This is now my new favourite spot in London!

Excellent experience!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this place and genuinely enjoyed everything about my experience. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The staff was polite and welcoming . The location is absolutely perfect! Right in Hyde!
Excellent value for money. I would definitely come back and stay at Bob again. Highly recommended!

O lugar é excelente mesmo! Localização muito boa, funcionários prestativos, estava limpo e tudo é novinho! Lindo mesmo.

Cons:

Ficamos 4 noites, então foi bem tranquilo pra esse período de estadia. TALVEZ seria ruim se tivéssemos mais dias porque não tem serviço de quarto… então troca de toalhas, arrumar a cama.. o quarto não é tão grande também. Mas o suficiente e confortável!
