Cons:

El hotel me canceló la reserva a horas de hacer el check in, pésima gestión del alojamiento al momento de informar que están en proceso de cierre. Marriot tampoco respondió al momento de hacer el reclamo.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

I stayed at Bob W Hyde Park last minute after my flight got cancelled, and honestly it couldn’t have been easier. The online check-in was super smooth, with all the details sent straight to my email. I sorted everything out on the way and just walked right into the apartment — so convenient.

The apartment was really comfortable. I fell asleep almost instantly, and even though I had to wake up super early, I still felt well rested. The team was super quick to respond, really supportive, and very friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, the best stay I’ve had in London in a long time
Pros:

I’m usually pretty picky with hotels, but Bob W Hyde Park really surprised me. It doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate hotel at all—it feels more like staying in a very cool, stylish friend's apartment.

The first thing I noticed was how peaceful the street is. You're literally minutes away from the hustle of Paddington and the park. It’s actually quiet enough to get a decent sleep (which is rare for London!). I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood, even later in the evening.

The room itself was beautiful, tons of natural light and everything felt fresh and genuinely clean. Even the bathroom and shower felt high-end, which isn't always the case in older London buildings. I also loved that I could just use my phone as a key—no standing around at a front desk after a long flight, which was a total lifesaver. I loved it!

One of the best things was having a proper espresso machine and a selection of tea right in the room. There’s nothing better than waking up and having a good coffee in a beautiful room before heading out. Plus, the WiFi was actually fast enough to get some work done, which I really appreciated.

The building also has a cafeteria/common area which is really handy, and they have a secure luggage room. This was a total win for me—I arrived way before check-in and was able to just drop my bags and head straight to Hyde Park (which is just a short walk away) without lugging my suitcase around.

What I liked most was the "vibe." Walking out the door and being in such a pretty part of town made me feel like I actually lived there for a few days rather than just bei

Great location, super helpful staff, new and fresh decor
Pros:

Lovely fresh product. Super easy seamless Bob W booking and check-in process. The property is clean and fresh, and the team were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the local area. Excellent location close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

Very pleasant, would come again!
Pros:

Really nice hotel with beautiful decor and staff that are more than happy to help. A breakfast bar (albeit not included in the cost of the room) that you could pop down to whenever. Great bathroom

Cons:

Though they are transparent about it, the rooms (especially 1-bedroom ones) are very small - I couldn't open my big suitcase as there wasn't a spot on the floor anywhere in the room large enough. Also the walls aren't completely noise cancelling (could hear people walking around, talking and opening doors out in the hall), however I really didn't find this a major issue and slept well.

Zeer kleine kamer en badkamer. Foto’s van de kamer op Booking.com komen niet overeen met de echte kamer.
Badkamer was zo klein dat ik niet normaal de douche in kon stappen, maar dwars erin moest om door de (schuif)deur te kunnen.
Bed was zacht en doorgezakt. Pijn in mijn rug.
Airco kon je niet individueel bedienen en moest door receptie aangepast worden. Daardoor maar raam open gezet, maar hier was het alleen maar mogelijk om het raam te openen op een kiertje.
Zeep, shampoo en conditioner roken niet lekker.
Geen schoonmaak en geen handdoeken wissel.

Varför har man inte en vanlig reception som kan släppa in folk när de kommer? I stället har man en massa koder och en för auktoriserings process som är svår och krånglig, när koderna väl kommer så går de inte att läsa om du inte söker på din bokning utan att logga in. Vad är det för fel på vanliga nyckelkort? Har mobilen laddat ur och du inte har skrivit ner koden på ett papper, så kommer du inte in!

Great location, clean, tidy and quiet hotel
Pros:

Great location, great standard and friendly staff. We had a very comfortable stay here, and would highly recommend as great option if you are staying in London. Also very quiet during the night so we slept very well
