It’s very clean and beautiful

The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was incredibly large and Instagram-worthy, and the bathroom was equally impressive—one of the biggest and cleanest I’ve experienced in a hotel. I also loved the beautiful views from the room and the overall modern and elegant atmosphere of the property. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. So far, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. The only thing I noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke in some areas around the casino, which is understandable given the casino setting. Other than that, everything was excellent.
The room is spacious, bigger than the picture, cozy, no foul smell, however initial walk barefooted left our feet with some dark dust, it appears clean but not thoroughly clean - this can still be improved, but we used their slippers, oh using slippers in washroom is not advisable as it's totally slippery, even when barefoot after using the bathtub floor got wet and it's just slippery not so safe if kids tends to walk fast

Jovani has been so kind, leaving towel animals on my bed as a surprise and all the extra coffee pods. I stayed at Swissotel, Clark for work. The room was very modern and clean. Bryan and Jayson were very attentive during my stay, ensuring that I have enough towels and waters during my visit. They also asked if they could assist me with recommendations of things to do in Clark as it was my first time here. Lovely stay and lovely staff!
