Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with great service and friendly staff. There are plenty of varied restaurants in the complex with some shops.

Cons:

This hotel is alongside a casino which is not really our ideal arrangement but did not detract from the good experience.

The overall room view, stay, location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for the care of the staff, shoutout to Kuya Paul Dexter, the one who cleaned our room. Very big thanks to you kuya for the assist on what we need 💗

Amazing place
Pros:

The location was amazing! Close to beautiful places and the cdc parade grounds which is one of the best spots to jog. The rooms were so clean and relaxing! The service were one of the best and fast to respond. Special thanks to paul dexter for helping make out stay extra special for how neat and clean our room after he was done arranging our room!

Great hospitality and food, but housekeeping standards need attention
Pros:

We are frequent guests at Swissôtel and generally enjoy our stay every time. The overall experience remains good, largely thanks to the staff who are consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming. The facilities are well-maintained, and the in-room dining is genuinely excellent—definitely a highlight of our visits.

However, we have noticed a significant need for improvement in cleanliness and housekeeping. During our stay in October, we found crumbs on the floor and empty water bottles that hadn’t been cleared even after the room was serviced. More recently, we requested our room to be cleaned at 6:00 PM, but when we returned at 2:00 AM, it hadn't been touched.

For a hotel of this caliber, cleanliness is essential for a comfortable stay. We love coming here, but we hope management can address these gaps in housekeeping to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.
