Pros:

Great and clean rooms.
Mosquito nets should be big enough to cover the whole bed. Consider replacing the white gown. Its getting old

Scammer Hotel
Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel. They are scammers. I booked and paid through hotels.com. When i checked in they said there was no reservation even when i showed them the email confirmation from Hotels.com. They then took a cash payment for the room. I paid twice because of their criminal behaviour, NEVER USE THIS HOTEL

Pros:

The staff is great, it’s close to the air port. Breakfast is enough to get your day going. Only downs is no fridge in room and if your are a Light sleeper you might want quiet, deep sleepers welcome tho.

Pros:

There was no AC at the property and the room quality was not at all 4 star or 3.5 star like.
The hotel is more like a homestay and I was not able to sleep overnight because of the amount of mosquitoes present inside my room. Not even a single room had an AC, and forget about the AC; the room didn't even have a fan and the temperature was already high during the night and at night it got worse.
I need refund on the following booking.

Worst hotel experience
Pros:

I have been coming to this hotel for some time now, but the hotel and its services have dramatically taken a nose dive. The telephones in the rooms don't work, so one must make a normal phone call if you want to communicate with reception etc, the food is absolutely bogus (we were served rotten potatoes for chips), there was noise throughout the night, sockets falling and only 2 boring TV channels. Never coming back. Come and experience this bogus hotel for yourself.

Greatly Disappointed
Pros:

Food was the worst I ever had in all my trips to Kenya. Location was good. My room needed some repair work. The Wifi signal only works in the restaurant. The hotel restaurant was like a restaurant about to close down permanently. The selection was poor.

Average Stay.
Pros:

I stayed for one night here after landing at JKIA sometimes back 2021 Aug. Curfew made me stay here.. my stay was average and here is why…the place is well marketed on social media (Facebook) and I thought wow there is a “Four Seasons” hotel at Utawala, well I got there around 2330hrs, check in was quick and smooth, the lobby looks gorgeous and gives you that vibe of luxury with good and white deco and pieces everywhere,
I don’t remember the room category but here is the thing, the hotel room was not well finished, tiles were chipped, shower with stains on the wall, white towels looked dull, the bed was comfortable and nice design, this surprised me a lot that room was very very average for such price. Anyway, right above me was a night club that was playing loud music and vibrations from loud speakers could be heard on my pillows, Breakfast was really really good..Kenyan authentic style, I loved it.
The location is perfect, next to a busy road connecting Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and to many places, there are supermarkets around, liquor shops nearby,

This place is a good place to stay for a night stop but not more than that. I will check it again.

Customer Care Gap Concern
Pros:

This facility is beautifully finished but for the very lacking customer care and zero efforts in complying with social distancing during this COVID19 season. On a score of 1-10, their customer care is squarely at a weak score of 1.
