מלון חמוד, אחלה מיקום, ארוחת בוקר פשוט מצוינת
החדר ממש גדול ונחמד אך המקלחון היה מעופש ולא נקי וזה העיב על החוויה
נוף מדהים, מיקום מושלם. שקט, רגוע.
חברים, אני לא נוהגת לעשות זאת אבל במקרה הזה מחובתי להזהיר:
* החדרים לא נראים כמו בתמונות, -בסוויטה היוקרתית אין ריהוט חוץ מספה ושולחן הקש שבצד- *הטלויזיה פצפונת* ממש לעומת מה שמראים בתמונות. התוכנה של הטלויזיה מזעזעת לא נוחה ונתקעת. החלונות ממש מלוכלכים מה שמקשה להנות מהנוף המטורף שיש שם.
* ארוחת בוקר ללא שתיה כלל פרט למים פושרים מהברז ומכונת קפה.
* שימו לב שבגג הבר סגור עד חמש בערב, כלומר אין למעלה מה לשתות או משהו כזה
* המים בבריכות עכורים ברמה שלא רואים את הרגליים ואין סירקולציה של המים -בכלל- וממש אפשר לראות לכלוכים קטנים מסתובבים במים.
* המעליות ישנות ללא איוורור כלל והרבה מהכפתורים לא עובדים
* שירות - 90% מהעובדים שפגשנו היו חמורי סבר, לא נחמדים.
* הצוות לא פותרים בעיות ולא עונים בטלפון.
המיקום היה נהדר. מעבר לזה שום דבר

המלון נמצא ממש מול הים והנוף יפה מהחלון. פקיד הקבלה השתדל לענות על שאלותינו כמיטב יכולתו. הגג מסודר יפה למעלה
מכיוון שהמלון קרוב לים, הייתה מסיבת חוף שנמשכה עד שעה מאוחרת. קיבלנו זאת בהבנה, זוהי התחלה של הקיץ.

בהתחלה היינו בחדר עם נוף לים שנראה שהוא חדר שנמצא הרבה יותר בשימוש כי הפסיליטיס לא היו משהו וגם לא הניקיון, ביקשנו לעבור חדר כי היה רעש נוראי של מצעד הגאווה והם העבירו אותנו בלילה השני. החדר השני היה הרבה הרבה יותר נקי ןנעים, נוף חלקי לים אבל שווה את השקט וגם האביזרים בחדר היו יותר טובים
צוות מהממת הכל נקי
The front desk staff were uniformly wonderful. Each and every member of this team gave off the feeling of caring for each guest. When we arrived, and when we departed, we were offered as a courtesy hot and cold beverages. When I had some suggestions to offer the manager, she listened attentively and even implemented a significant improvement while we were still guests of the hotel. Open, receptive, responsive and very friendly. What more could we ask for.
I had mentioned to one front desk gentleman that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. He arranged to have a bottle of wine placed in our room for her occasion. Very thoughtful indeed.
At one point, there seemed to be a shortage of towels. By the conclusion of our 3 night stay, this minor inconvenience had been rectified.
The outstandingly friendly and personable front desk team went out of their way to make us comfortable, pampered and welcome. Nothing corporate about the treatment, more like family .
There really was not much not to like; even when I felt that something could be improved, the hotel manager welcomed my suggestions and even implemented it immediately. That is a manager committed to Continuous Quality Improvement , with a smile.
