Disappointing

The property was very smelly. There were questionable marks all over the walls and ceiling. There was mould all around the jacuzzi, as well as all the silicone and grout broken away. We attempted to fill the jacuzzi 3 times, but the water ran barely warm, and when the jets were out in, there were limescale and dirt coming out of them constantly. We stayed for 4 days and there was no towel change, not even an attempt to clean or sweep the floor. You could hear EVERYTHING from the guests in other rooms. I came from England, and my fiancé from marmaris for a short break, and we were both very disappointed with the accommodation. It is nothing like it is advertised.

1. Администраторы улыбаются и отвечают на вопросы, связанные с городом, при необходимости выдают посуду.

Cons:

1. Никогда не могла подумать, что в отеле могут быть тараканы, а они были, причем большие!
2. Ужасная шумоизоляция, слышно абсолютно все, неадекватные соседи орали целую неделю и никому не открывали дверь, администрация ничего не сделала несмотря на жалобы людей с разных этажей и попытки выламывания двери этим соседям ( те бедняги, кто жил через стену,пострадали больше всего от бессонных ночей).
3. Уборка раз в три дня, где уборщица просто ПЕРЕВОРАЧИВАЕТ постельное белье, а не стелит новое, посуда не моется. Полотенца воняют хлоркой невероятно сильно.
4. При въезде пожаловалась на сломанную сушилку, ее так и не пришли отремонтировать, хотя обещали, тоже самое с кондиционером.
5. Фотографии не соответствуют реальности, комната с потеками на стенах, обшарпанная, пол облазит, рамка двери отходит в ванной комнате, душевая кабинка не закрывается ( дверь вообще не едет с места) и резинка от этой двери просто наполовину отклеена.

Местоположение хорошее, персонал замечательный, нооо номера просто все убитые, тараканы одолели, грязно, окно сломано было не закрывалось, машинка стиральная вся ржавая, посуду, тоже уже на выкид, постель грязное, сюда конечно больше не поедем

Отель требует ремонта. Все очень старое и везде плесень на стенах. В номере были ТАРАКАНЫ!!!!

Only location and staff

Cons:

The bathroom’s ceiling was dripping water just over the toilet sit. Staff member tried to sort it out but the room he provided had strong smell so I went back to room again. I had to cover my had with towel while using the toilet. Rooms isolated very badly, I could hear all the conversation from next door.
However ,the last night was awful couldn’t sleep because of the argument .The couple argued very loud then had a laugh. Staff were ok tried to find solution but of course they couldn’t.

Нормальні умови для одноденному перебуванню, майже є відповідним. ціна-якість. Персонал привітний.

Cons:

Диван не відповідав фото на сайті booking, був не зручний для відпочинку. Все інше було відповідним - кухня, телевізор, холодильник, душ - все працювало справно.

Worst experience
Pros:

Prime location, close to bus station, max is 10 minutes walk, grocery shop, restaurants all are close to this location max 15 minutes walk.

Cons:

The hotel room (305). There was a leaking issue in the toilet, reported, and requested room change. Declined, saying rooms are fully booked and will check the repair the next day. It was gotten worse, leakage spread, happened in 2 spots. Couldn't take it anymore, so I checked out earlier. Apart from that, the room was okay. A/C is okay. Just the toilet.
