Besonders die Lage und die freundliche Atmosphäre
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de sept nuits dans cet Hôtel. Il est en plein centre, la chambre était parfaite, le petit déjeuner tout autant. A la réception, Giulia et Valentina sont très professionnelles, bienveillantes et savent répondre à toutes les questions.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux touristes français.

Just loved the history and the beautiful way the hotel had been totally restored and modernised.
The loft room we were given seemed to have external shutters in the Velux roof windows that appeared not to open??
The staff at the desk were very helpful and accommodating.
It was absolutely fabulous. Staff lovely, helpful, also spoke excellent English too. Rooftop restaurant was good. Location (if you didn't have a car ) was ideal.
Arrangements for parking let it down otherwise I'd have awarded a 9*. Parking arrangements rather stressful. How to get to reception with bags without being able to park nearby was tricky. A score of 9 (not a 10) would have been given because it wasn't clear HOW to order room service. Apparently there was a tiny Q reader on the little room card holder which we hadn't noticed. This needs to be made more clear to guests.
In the heart of the city, quiet rooms, close to the beach, got an amazing upgrade of the room
Parking was a bit far, however there was possibility to unload the luggage in front of the hotel
