Property has a great location, clean and great helpful staff

Great location for exploring all of the sights on foot. Beautifully restored old building. Spacious room. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar. Plenty of choice at breakfast and food was also plentiful and there was no one rushing you.
A small observation. As a 5* I thought the table would be set for breakfast, not for guests to also get their own cutlery and mugs! Which we did everyday (and it wasn’t busy). I would also have liked if someone explained on the first morning at least, how the breakfast worked and about the additional items that can be ordered. Nobody came near us. The lady (although polite) only wanted to check the room numbers and then was gone.
Perfekte Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Impossible d'obtenir confirmation avant d'arriver de la chambre demandée, exclusivement avec 2 lits jumeaux, bien qu'ayant réservé 1 mois avant en période creuse. Ce qui m'a laissée dans l'incertitude jusqu'à mon arrivée le jour J.
