La ruse du réceptionniste il m’a donné une chambre première étage en dessous une terrasse de restaurant on dors mal le soir et une colonne d’évacuation d’eau on l’entend chaque 5 minutes à ÉVITER si vous avez le choix

Nothing was too much trouble, staff were very friendly and loved the huge comfortable bed. Will definitely come back.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptional, with very welcoming staff and all the amenities you could need. The area is beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back

Excelente la atención del personal
Ruslana se ocupó personalmente de ayudarnos con todo el transtorno que nos dio dejar el auto en el garage del casino. Sugiero a los dueños del lugar considerar la situación nos demoró el regreso a otra ciudad demasiado.

Cons:

Principalmente es incómodo. Hoy hay garage y para dejar el auto hay q caminar varias cuadras.

Very stylish, fabulously located Hotel. Our room was refreshingly unusual.
Pros:

This is a City Hotel in the older part of Alicante, just next to the Town Hall. Fabulous location. Surrouded by restaurants and cafe's. Our room - well it was something to behold. The view from the Roof Top bar is spectacular. The staff in that Bar were very kind and friendly. It is only a very short walk to the Beach. Very Chic decour, and a fabulous lift.

Cons:

Checking in was painful. All you need to konw is that they have your booking, and then matters go from there. Not 5 minutes of silence and you have to ask. The television did not work in our unusual but very good room. Breakfast - continental is great, but I want a decent coffee/ and Tea. Happy to do it myself - but if you offer to serve it, then please do so.

Would absolutely recommend for the location alone!
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast staff were really lovely. The rooftop bar was awesome!

Cons:

The check in process was really slow and the check out process wasn’t very friendly
