Very clean and James were very friendly

Cons:

Sofa bed feel like bricks and I didn’t sleep my whole stay. Wake up with back and arm hurts .. Way to uncomfortable

Things break, I get it. Staff dropped the ball with this situation.

Cons:

My family and I checked in late evening and the air conditioner in the room didn't work. A repairman was called and showed up at 11 pm to fix the air conditioner. Fans were put in place to help cool things while the repair occurred. Finally, once it was realized it wouldn't be repaired we were offered to go to another room. At that point we were dead tired and stayed in the room with the fans. We wondered why we weren't offered a different room immediately between the eight and 9 o'clock hour.

The pool area and bar were a whole vibe. Easy beach access and friendly staff

Cons:

I didn't like the price of breakfast and that no one told us about the gratuity that would be included. It may have been in the original booking agreement, but i may have overlooked it.

It served its purpose but I wouldn’t consider staying here again

It was located on the beach

Cons:

One of the front desk gentleman the older one was not very welcoming when we checked in and when I would ask questions he could be rude with his response. The restaurants food was disappointing and overpriced it tasted like it was frozen and the cook/cashier/server drowned it in butter. Once the food was delivered she made a personal call and was swearing which is unacceptable considering I had my child with me.

Bed didn't have comforter. It had two sheets i guess as one. I told front desk and was told if be brought one .. never got it. The two different prices on the card hold is a Lil slimy.

Like the beachfront location and walk ability to restaurants/attractions. Staff was able to accommodate us staying in same room despite possibility of having to switch rooms because of added date to reservation.

Cons:

Only ONE elevator was working and EVERY guest was inconvenienced by this. Our specific room had multiple “kinks.” Cabinets could not open all the way because it would hit ceiling light, could not open bathroom sink to full flow because it mirror wouldn’t allow due to low setting, there was an odor coming from refrigerator we noticed on day 2. We noticed a palmetto bug in parking and were worried about our room, did find one in our room that seemed to come from outside balcony.
