The experience was not what I expected
Pros:

My room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When I checked out, I just wanted to ask about my $250 security deposit. I knew it would be refunded — I only wanted to ask “when”. However, the lady at the reception desk didn’t seem willing to respond to me.

I had to repeat three times that it was $250, while she kept saying that the $50 or something else would not be refunded. She seemed unwilling to help and just wanted me to leave her desk as quickly as possible.

Finally, I had to show her my reservation confirmation. After that, she told me the deposit would be refunded within the next few days.

It was my short little escape from the rainy days in Georgia, and I really enjoyed the sunshine — except for my experience with the front desk lady.

Moreover, they said breakfast was included in the price, but when I asked about it, they simply answered, “Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed today” without any apologies.

Location, location, location!

Cons:

Nicole, who was the morning cook seemed like we were an intrusion to her day when asking about the breakfast menu. Then when it was pointed out the meal was prepared incorrectly, she wanted to defend the mistake to make it seem like it was ordered wrong. The eye rolling was the telltale sign that customer service was not high on her list if at all. Very disappointed in her presentation. The room was adequate but had long lost its luster with busted button on the air conditioning and the use of box packing tape to block drafts. The bathroom door needed proper leveling and the shower head; well, I wasn't sure what was going on with it flapping in the breeze, but it worked.

Comfy beds , Michelle at check in was very nice.

Cons:

Placed in the basement photos didnt look like the room. Loud noises all night from weed smokers and the TV remote was broken and it smelled like trash. The bar doesn't accept any cash.
