The staff was very nice. Room was clean. We had nice oceanfront views and the location was great as well.

Cons:

Remodeling was still going on when we stayed in late March. Everything was open and working though. (pools etc.)

Great value and location. Clean in all areas, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean in all areas! Lived the modern upgrades, as many other hotels look very outdated. Location was perfect and great vibes at the pool bar!

Cons:

The ramps that lead in and out of the lobby floor are way too narrow. When leaving many people in trucks/suvs struggle to pull down the ramp to prevent scratching vehicles.

I lived and definitely will be coming back but with just myself and my husband.
Pros:

The scenery. The location. I love the jelly fish lights in the lobby. I actually thought that was amazing. I missed the bar.

Cons:

I can’t really say anything bad about the property only thing was my heat didn’t work to well in my room but other than that it was fantastic.

I visited this hotel and it was not as advertised. The workers were really rude and unfriendly to me and my family. I tried to leave from the moment I saw my room was dirty and had broken items, but they refused to give me a refund. The hotel room was disgusting and they refused to clean it. I was supposed to stay there for six days and I had to leave early due to the condition of the hostel and the treatment I received at the front desk. There were bedbugs and cockroaches, the paint was falling off the walls. The cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room the entire time I was there. You have to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper, which upset the front desk; they were really unfriendly. I had the worst vacation ever; for the amount of money I paid, I shouldn't have to be begging for towels and toilet paper. The only nice person there is Angie; she was really sweet and professional.

My stay was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again in the future.
Pros:

I loved the location of the beach. It was easy to get to the beach. The staff was wonderful and when above to get things you needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Cons:

I just didn’t like the smell in the lobby area. The stuff used to clean didn’t smell good. It made me sick when I smell it.
