Won’t be back
Pros:

We enjoyed the oceanfront view.

Cons:

- 1 working elevator
- Gross and never clean
- Having to ask for pool towels every time
- no beach chairs or umbrellas
- no spa like stated
- in the most ghetto area possible
- the smell of weed is very strong

Good time, Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and James the manager was polite. Pool is huge and the pool bar is a nice touch. The room was clean and very spacious will be booking another reservation next time around.

Cons:

The elevators were very busy, not a problem if your legs work the stairs are spacious and easy to navigate.

I will not be going back to this facility. It was very convenient to get to the beach, however, everything else was not

Cons:

The elevators were constantly broken. I got stuck in one and the emergency button did not work to call for assistance. We never had toilet paper. Even when we asked for it and they said they would bring it. We ended up just going and buying our own. We also did not get the room we paid for and upon arrival was told they did not have any of the rooms available that we requested.

Good stay but wouldn’t book this hotel again
Pros:

Close to the beach, clean pool, big pool, breakfast was good, service at the restaurant was super good

Cons:

The elevators didn’t work most of our stay sometimes they would work sometimes they didn’t. we had to walk the stairs and we were on the 9th floor. Room service was only available for a five day stay which is horrible

Pros:

the room was pretty good and the pool is amazing! and the staff was amazing other than night shift front desk

Cons:

the shower head wasn’t tight and leaked , we had 3 beds and only 1 of them had a comforter the 1st night

It was OK
Pros:

The location was decent close to a lot of things, the atmosphere was fun. The beach was clean.

Cons:

Not handicap friendly, staff wasn’t that friendly, played really loud music till 11 PM. It’s a little difficult with small children.
