Cute place close to beach
Pros:

Location across the path from the beach was great. Retro vibe. Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Bus right outside to take you to Coolangatta and restaurants.

Cons:

A bit far from food places, 2 km walk to North Kirra surf club but there was a bus stop just outside. Bed was very soft, got feeling of being pulled into the middle. Lack of storage for clothes. Plane noise at 6 am.

Quaint old motel restyled into modern units. Well done and comfortable, comfy bed and modern clean bathroom.
Walk straight onto the seaside path and the beach
Friendly helpful staff.
Walking distance to Gold Coast airport if you only have hand luggage and are fit.

Plane noise at 6am, close to the airport.
Views of pool and car park, no ocean views.
Old style motel renovated, well done and comfortable.
