Very pleasant stay with direct view of ocean and lounges and hammocks to enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean.
Pros:

Fabulous location right on the beach and easy walking distance to cafes and shops.

Cons:

The small steps from the lounge into the kitchenette and from the kitchenette into the bathroom. Real toe stoppers.
Security and air flow and view could be enhanced by installing shutters.

Very disappointing accomodation but the staff were very nice.
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and very helpful. The pool was nice. Close to the beach.

Cons:

The photos did not reflect the premises. The room was only attended to once while we were there. Coffee and milk were not restocked. We had to ask for clean towels. Extremely overpriced. The photos did not represent the accomodation accurately. Certainly not 5 star as advertised.

We only had one night and an early rise for an event the next day. We’d have liked longer to enjoy Tessa’s
Pros:

A lovely property, very clean & tidy. Nice welcome and easy check in.
Close to the beach and the beach side path into Coolangatta (about 3K)

Cons:

For us, there was nothing to dislike

The view, beach access and bed.

Cons:

Entrance sliding door needs attention, loose basin mixer, loose toilet roll holder, no black out curtains especially since the outside lights stay on all night. Needs a cupboard. Cost seems a bit high.
