Un piacevolissimo weekend sulla Goldie
Pros:

Struttura fronte mare, vista meravigliosa a pochi passi dalla stanza.
Molto carino lo stile, un po’ mid-century modern.
Abbiamo amato particolarmente il servizio di biciclette gratuito che ci ha permesso di trascorrere una splendida mattina, godendoci la Gold Coast fino a Coolangatta.
Comodo il parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

Stanza carina, ma overpriced.
Letto molto piccolo.
Bagno un po’ freddo.
Si sente tanto rumore per via della prossimità dell’aeroporto, da tenere in considerazione per soggiorni lunghi.

Fantastic, well-equipped penthouse stay with beautiful ocean views.
Pros:

Wonderful stay for our family of five in the Ocean Vista penthouse! Incredible sunrise views, excellent amenities (having two bathrooms, a kitchen, and laundry was a lifesaver), and a very cool bar at the front.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were the limited dining and shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Also, as expected for a winter visit, the unheated pool was too cold to enjoy.

Really loved it, I’ll book it again when I come back to Gold Coast.
Pros:

Easy to get to, very charming and nicely presented. Lots of little extra touches the enhanced my comfort, friendly staff. Bikes for use whenever I needed.

Cons:

The pillows. Like sacks of cement. (I’m picky). I’m sure many people would like them, but a low profile option would have been appreciated. I’m small and a stomach sleeper.

Efficient, friendly and comfortable with a few unexpected extras.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Right on the beach, a bit out of town. They also had complimentary bikes, which for me was very handy as I flew in and didn’t yet have a car. Reception was friendly and helpful, unfortunately I can’t remember her name.

Pros:

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Location was perfect as you could literally just walk to the beach. The room was very clean. Excellent facilties. Would definitely come back!

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was light and it took a while to get the right water temperature. Although the place had on-site parking, availability was not always guaranteed (first-come, first-served). We made sure to come back to the place early so that we could get a parking spot.

Not recommended. Even though the staff are lovely the premises has many let downs.
Pros:

Clean and cute renovation. Great location to direct beach promenade access.

Cons:

poorly noise affected by flight path. And poor water pressure and noises of the hot water system all through the night. Squeaky bed. Thin walls between rooms. No fan in bathroom. Poor ventilation.

Disappointing overall
Pros:

The room was decorated nicely

Cons:

It was very unclear on the booking just how small the room was. At $450 per night I assumed it would have an actual couch and be bigger than a standard bedroom. The walls are also very thin as I was woken at 4am by people talking and slamming doors - no fault of the managers but it might be nice to ask visitors to remember to try and be quiet from 10pm - 6am. It was also very odd that the room PIN was written on a post it note and also no mention that parking was limited. I parked on the street around the corner, and for the price of the room I would have thought parking was included.
