Lovely vibe and beautiful spot on the oceanfront. A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy access from airport for a quick trip to Gold Coast.

Cons:

More bikes available during the daytime. Also some of them needed servicing. But they are a great asset to the accomodation!
Pool was a little cold, but the ocean was lovely.

Right on the beach, beautifully converted motel with resort-like feel.
Pros:

Reception was in a lovely bar area. The greeting from the lady on duty was very welcoming. When she learnt we are getting married next week she offered us complimentary cocktails! I saw her next morning when I was having a swim in the beautiful salt water pool and she was just as friendly. The decor was simply lovely. It had the feeling of a small, boutique resort with plenty of sun lounges and the beach was just through the front gate!

Cons:

Very little not to like. Although everything was beautifully clean, I would recommend the occasional bleaching of the grouting in the bathroom. Aircraft noise at nearby Coolangatta Airport wasn't too bad and had a curfew.

Beautiful location and great facilities! Rooms were very clean, functional and stylish!

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms (17&18) and stayed with 3 guests in each. Each room was advertised for 3 guests (1 king/queen bed and 1 sofa bed).

Unfortunately, both sofa beds were quite uncomfortable and there was no linen or extra towels provided for the third guest. We realised after reception had closed, so they were not able to assist. I would recommend only staying with 2 guests, supplying extra bed linen, blanket and towel for the third guest and possibly a comfier sofa bed.

Decent facilities for a short stay
Pros:

Location to the beach is excellent. Shops and restaurants are a car/bus ride away (bus stop right outside). The location is noisy due to the proximity to the airport albeit that flights are fairly well spaced - early morning flights do wake you up.
Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Shower could have been more powerful and easier to get a steady temperature for the water

Comfortable & convenient!
Pros:

My husband & I spent 3 nights at this delightful motel.
It was clean & bed comfortable. The shower was hot & powerful, loved it all!
We enjoyed the happy hour drinks and used the bikes every day!

The staff were lovely, the beach in nice and close. Returns etc army in walking distance.

The checking in etc. so clunky and couldn’t accommodate late check in even though rooms are keyless access. I was scoping for regular work accomodation. It’s not flexible enough. Never ending texts about arrival and cleaning reviews etc. The place was clean. Loud near the road but I did appreciate the ear plugs provided.
