Hot water was not working and shower head seal was damage. We reported it and were going to fixe it. Overall everything else was ok. Oh no elevator to second or third floor. We have to carry everything not assistance. But morning person was helpful with directions.

friendly staff, clean hotel
Pros:

very cute hotel, staff very friendly, close to plaza and markets walking through the quaint Tequila neighborhoods we walked at all hours and always felt safe, there is no elevator at this hotel, so have to carry luggage up stairs.

Es un lugar con excelente ubicación para llegar al centro y además, cercano a una terminal de autobuses. La atención del personal es muy buena,muy limpio con habitaciones amplias, QUIZÁ LO ÚNICO MALO ES QUE SUENA MUCHO LA BOMBA DEL AGUA (HIDRONEUMÁTICO) y te puede despertar a cualquier hora de la noche o madrugada
