Pros:

This place had really good ratings and looked so cool. It seems like an awesome idea but we were really disappointed when we got there.

We asked for an early checkin, which was really nice of the owner to give us, who communicated through WhatsApp.

When we arrived we couldn't find any staff for about 15 minutes. They came from the direction of our dome and gave us a key. We didn't do a formal check in or check out, they just gave us the key and showed us to the room which had black hair all over the bathroom, in the bed, as well as crumbs in the bed wrinkles and stains like the sheets had been used and not changed. There were several LARGE insects in the room under the table which seemed to have been missed by the staff. The shower head only was a trickle and leaked and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. The pool was FULL of very large bugs. I understand Costa Rica has bugs and I don't mind, but the state of the room was upsetting to say the least.

I think the property has a lot of potential but needs better management so guests can feel more comfortable. There is no excuse to turn over a room in that state when there are so many vacancies.

Nos gustó bastante, el camino para llegar es un 1km de camino de tierra y para hacer el check in es por medio de un numero de WhatsApp.
Dormir con el sonido de los animales de la selva es una experiencia que la recomiendo!!

I loved being in the jungle. It is on a very steep hill so if you have any handicap, you absolutely must be able to walk a Very steep hill down and up. To steep for an electric wheelchair. At the time we went no one spoke English but we had to use translator. There was some communication issues. They also say that they have down comforters and nice toiletries. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower at all. But overall we loved it and would recommend.

Hagan la reservacion directo en el hotel, esta app cobra hasta un 30% mas, aun cuando con silver ofrece un descuento del 20%. El hotel es super lindo, no tuve problemas de ningun tipo.

Relacion precio/calidad, me parece si un poco caro para lo que es el hotel y lo que ofrece. El estado de algunas cosas no era el mejor, por ejemplo camas, puertas, llavines de las puertas, utensilios de cocina. En general la estadio normal.

Do your laundry somewhere else!
Pros:

Nice room and food and drink. But overpriced laundry with no transparency for pricing. Could hear (but not see) Howler monkeys and did see and hear lots of birds.

Pros:

If you want the jungle experience but like me don’t necessarily enjoy experiencing the elements and exposure to all kinds of critters, this is the way to do it. Hearing the rain pitter patter on the outside of the yurt was so soothing and relaxing. Having a pool right outside your door is amazing. Hearing the sounds of nature but under air conditioning is the best of both worlds. Maria and her colleague (sorry I don’t remember your name!) were so friendly, and awesome and even took time to get to know me. They are very responsive by what’s app and will do everything in their power to accommodate. Also having a super market within walking distance was the best!!!

The owner was great - friendly, helpful, entertaining. Villas are spacious, bathroom is in a great condition, pools have colourful lights at night, you are surrounded by the nature, there are several supermarkets and the beach within a walking distance of the property
