Pros:

The room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed that it was not clear when booking that this was a love hotel. The biggest issue was finding a used condom on the floor, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. My sister reported this to reception at checkout and requested a refund or discount, but the staff refused to offer any compensation. For the price paid for just seven or eight hours, this was completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness and customer service was extremely disappointing. My sister was disgusted and upset. We will not be returning.

Nice rooms and great location

We didn’t know this but the rooms had ads for girls and overall promoting adult experiences which we didn’t particularly enjoy but also didn’t bother us

ネットで予約して、現地に着いたらチェックインの時間前でした。
急いでたので、他の空いてるすぐに入れる部屋と交換して欲しいと伝えると、「予約した部屋をキャンセルしてください」と。
キャンセル料は部屋代満額貰いますとの事。
「部屋が空いてるなら、その部屋と交換してください」と伝えても、「キャンセル料は宿泊費と満額でないと無理です」の一点張り。
仕方なく二部屋分払いました。
大変憤りを感じます。
こんなホテルがいまだにあるのか？と本気で腹が立ちました。
2度と行きたくありません。
せっかく立地や設備が良いのに、対応する人のせいで、最悪なホテルだと思います。
周りの人にも、この事は伝えたいですね。
絶対行かない方が良いと。
