Super adresse
Pros:

Résidence neuve avec piscine, entourée de grands arbres offrant de belles zones ombragées avec transats. Petit appartement très bien agencé, ultra bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Une adresse à retenir sans aucune hésitation !

Great location, noisy but nice apartment
Pros:

The location is fantastic, close to everything, with great shops and cafes nearby. The room was nicely appointed and while tight and small, it was functional.

Cons:

The 1BR is not a bedroom; it is an alcove with a curtain. The building, albeit newer, was not built with noise in mind; you can hear the people above you (they provide a noise-sound machine and earplugs, but it is annoying if you are not on the top floor). If noise is an issue, be sure to secure a top-floor unit. The neighborhood itself is under major construction, so expect noise, dirt, and dust on your walks to/from.

Can’t believe we’ve never found the Iris before. It’s our new spot in CHS.

Amazing short stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The apartment was new and very clean. It has everything you need, including 2 coffee machines, Dyson hairdryer, complimentary wine bottle. The pool is brand new. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only suggestion I would make is to monitor more closely which types of vehicles are using the SUV and sedan parking spots. I noticed a sedan parked in an SUV spot, which could have been available for us instead of us having to find parking elsewhere in the neighborhood.

I would also suggest allowing guests temporary access to the backyard area for check-in and check-out, even if they don’t have a designated parking spot. It was quite difficult to manage all of our luggage and our dog without having anywhere nearby to briefly leave the car while loading and unloading. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Boutique hotel in the new Charleston
Pros:

The suite was perfect in all aspects. It was clean, very well equipped, and bright. The carousel parking was intimidating at first, but in the end, it was manageable.

Cons:

Our suite was on the street side. It was noisy in the morning.

I was very happy with my stay
Pros:

Clean, new, good location, spacious

Cons:

The quality of the curtains. They were neither good enough to provide proper black out nor to provide adequate protection against street voyeurs. Lack of privacy. The outside corridor light went straight into the bedroom.

Would have stayed at a hotel with a pool, if I knew we could not cook or do laundry!
Pros:

Staff was great.

Cons:

The washer/ dryer did not work. Ruined my clothes. The tv in the bed did not work. The stovetop did not work.
