The Breakfast at the Partner Hotel around the Corner was GOOD.
The Shower water that leaks under the door ?
I've attended a big exhibition at NECC and the hotel was relatively close, not exactly a walking distance, but just a few minutes on taxi.
Down side is that there aren't much shops or restaurants in or near the building. There is one convenient store that opens until midnight, though.
Rooms are pretty spacious and modern. People at the front desk are all friendly and helpful, especially calling taxi when my DiDi app wasn't working well.
Good breakfast . close to the exhibition show but far from the city center.
I would prefer more friendly staff.

By far, it is the best accommodation option for CMEF visitors and exhibitors. Believe me.
Staff cannot speak English, breakfast served off premises is not ideal. My room was above reception which made it noisy at times
