The key card not functioning
Food at the cafe is ok
Room is too small and squeezed,no ventilation or windows for fresh air also toilets and bathroom too small no hot water install lights are too dull, above all rest is 70% il give 4 starts

Nice place and easy access
I like the rooms especially for groups. The room is very clean particularly the bathroom and comfort room, aircon is very cold and quiet. The receptionists are very accomodating and approachable.
The hotel is slightly far to the malls, and it have a limited parking space and very near to the edge of the road.
