Safe, clean, quiet, modern, spacious stay close to dinner and a show downtown.
Pros:

I liked that it was a solid mix between an AirBNB and a hotel. The privacy of an apartment, but still had a reception desk and staff support.

Cons:

We parked in the parking garage - clear instructions for that were provided in advance. However, from the parking garage, the check-in instructions were NOT clear. We wandered around the building for a while before happening upon a lobby for check-in - which was not the correct lobby and on the opposite side of where we should have been told to go.

Overall very nice
Pros:

Beautiful suite, close to a lot of the downtown attractions.

Cons:

Fire alarms at 0730, only about 6 of us evacuated. Then we asked if it had been cleared and they seemed very surprised that we had evacuated. Tests at 0730 and not letting guests know? Both were annoying. Also a reduction in my deposit without explanation.

Roost Cleveland is a budget hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel in the city. It was terrible!!!
Pros:

Very large apartment but broken up into small spaces.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no window in the bedroom. The kitchen area was overlooking a 10 story parking garage. The furniture was cheaply made. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The bathroom was too far from the bedroom.

Very nice place, would recommend, however, bed was very hard.
Pros:

Extremely secure building! Very clean and well maintained. Very close to everything you would want to see or do.

Cons:

Couch and bed were not comfortable, Very hard. It was a very cold weekend in Cleveland. The living room got a bit chilly, even though we had heat up to max, 74. We actually used towels to cover up with.
