Excellent Accommodations
Pros:

Pros:

Very easy check in, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected.

Cons:

Parking garage staff. Very unprofessional and not helpful.
The bed was not very comfortable and their were hand prints on the wall and all stainless steel appliances

It’s beautiful but we will not be back.
Pros:

The building is beautiful and the rooms/studios are awesome.

Cons:

It was SO LOUD. Even with the bedroom door shut the air or fan or whatever it was was extremely loud, making it really hard to fall asleep.

Great location, excellent facility!
Pros:

The facility itself and the location are excellent.

Cons:

The check-in process was a bit cumbersome. We had to wait for someone to show up at the desk, but this was a minor irritation.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Excellent location and excellent facility. Physical check-in was a bit cumbersome, but that was a minor distraction. Our room large, clean, and had an excellent view.

Trip to Cleveland while staying at the Roost
Pros:

Roost Cleveland was an amazing stay & location, literally everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the amenities, room design & layout, the full kitchen, the staff at desk, parking garage, perfect location to check out a baseball game, see the rock’n’roll hall of fame, plus many other spots, the cost & value of what you get are exceptionally well, so glad we chose Roost Cleveland, highly recommend others do the same

Pros:

Absolutely loved the building and location! Within walking distance to a lot of downtown Cleveland. Room was basically a 2B apartment! Parking garage on site!

Cons:

Nothing I can say that we didn't like!

Beautiful studio in a great location... with opportunity to enhance customer service
Pros:

Great location. My studio was very spacious and quiet, and beautifully decorated. I loved the shower amenities. To improve: customer service (I was charged for a reservation I had already paid forwell in advance). While reception staff did not address my request to fix this, luckily the manager did. I would come again, definitely! One thing to make the stay even better: add coffee mugs for the morning breakfast!

Location, amenities & Olivia!
Pros:

Top to bottom, beginning to end, a wise choice. Sure, a 'getting-to-know-you' period existed, but we will definitely return. Location, amenities & a VERY special concierge, Olivia, made it a great stay.

The only place I stay in Cleveland
Pros:

Amazing room for the price. Location is perfect and only a few minute walk from Rocket Arena and casino is right across the street.

Nice hotel but we did not like our apartment.
Pros:

Good location. Great kitchen. Nice staff.

Cons:

We got a room on the second floor. The windows were blocked with the company logo so we had difficulty looking outside. We like a street view and we were very disappointed. There was also much street noise. We would not have booked the hotel if we had known about the windows. The beds were little more than thick futons.
