Pros:

Absolutely loved the building and location! Within walking distance to a lot of downtown Cleveland. Room was basically a 2B apartment! Parking garage on site!

Nothing I can say that we didn't like!

Nice hotel but we did not like our apartment.
Pros:

Good location. Great kitchen. Nice staff.

Cons:

We got a room on the second floor. The windows were blocked with the company logo so we had difficulty looking outside. We like a street view and we were very disappointed. There was also much street noise. We would not have booked the hotel if we had known about the windows. The beds were little more than thick futons.

Pros:

The location is in the center of the downtown, close to various restaurants and cafes. It is also easy to walk in the neighborhood and explore the new things. The room is very large and exceeds our expectation. The living room and kitchen area is great.

Cons:

The bed is too firm and too low. It requires a thick topper. The shower head does not carry good water pressure and that made the shower kind of not enjoyable. There is no plug by the bed to recharge the phones or devices, which is very strange for these days. The parking garage is in the same building. However, the parking fee is not cheep and the parking, limited to 5 mph, navigating to the fourth floor with very tight route in the building, made the parking like "Super Mario Cart" adventure.

Great hotel overall
Pros:

Hotel is close to EVERYTHING. Its clean, staff is friendly, garage is easily accessible. Football stadium is a 15 min walk, basketball and baseball stadiums are less than 5 min walk. Food is less than 5 min walk away. Great location, clean rooms, not overly expensive, felt exclusive with the key card entry into the building which stops the outdoor traffic from just hanging out in the lobby.

Absolutely top notch!
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. The rooms were stunning. The hotel amenities and whole vibe just could not be beat. The staff went truly above and beyond to be professional, welcoming, and helpful. They greet you every time you come in and wish you well when you walk out. Even housekeeping was an absolute joy. Best of the best.

Nice spot when away from home
Pros:

Roost is a nice place to stay. The beds were okay but a little off for a weary traveler. The city looks to be coming back, and I loved a nearby coffee shop in the Arcade and various restaurants, but all in all, I won't be back in town soon.

Pros:

We loved how the building was restored and updated. Especially loved plants in the decor and original artwork in the halls.
Our experience from staff and location to showers and sheets was all a 10!

Cons:

We can't think of anything we didn't like.

Highlight of my weekend
Pros:

Such a great hotel/apartment. The parking garage is connected, which is super convenient. They sent out a detailed email with instructions on how to get in, which was nice. Never met a hotel staff that was as friendly as these ones were! They really left a good impression. The room itself was wonderful, beautiful plants were a nice touch, high quality cookware. We will definitely be staying again.

Safe, clean, quiet, modern, spacious stay close to dinner and a show downtown.
Pros:

I liked that it was a solid mix between an AirBNB and a hotel. The privacy of an apartment, but still had a reception desk and staff support.

Cons:

We parked in the parking garage - clear instructions for that were provided in advance. However, from the parking garage, the check-in instructions were NOT clear. We wandered around the building for a while before happening upon a lobby for check-in - which was not the correct lobby and on the opposite side of where we should have been told to go.
