No toilet roll provided in the bathroom. Towels where dirty. Windows wouldn’t open correctly. Taps was not working correctly

Solo females please do not stay here felt unsafe

Shower broken
Cold water tap on sink not working
Only hot water tap working
Smell of sewerage when trying to figure out how to switch on shower which in the end did the work
£276 for 2 nights is expensive for no shower
Felt uncomfortable in property many strange people staying there

Did stay this hotel gave us alternative as was having electrical issues stayed half its hotel had heating issues Three nights there gave us small radiator curtains falling of rail won’t be going again staff ok

Very poor and would never recommend this place to anybody, this is not a hotel.
Pros:

24 hour reception

Cons:

The rooms were filthy and in the first room we stayed in the toilet was disgusting (totally stained)

Great, would stay again
Pros:

The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and there was plenty of storage space to hang my clothes. I appreciated being able to park my car at the property as well, this was a huge bonus.

Cons:

There was no milk sachets provided with the coffee/tea. The shower pressure was very weak for thr hot water in this room.

My stay was good for one night… but to stay longer… I’m not sure I would..
Pros:

The property is loverly, however if could definitely do with an upgrade. Carpets are worn, the mattress on the bed was sagging on one side.. The room itself was nice and big, light and airy. I didn’t notice if there was a lift, but that would be helpful for those who struggle with stairs. All in all it’s a nice hotel, that given the chance could be a great hotel.

Cons:

Location is great, close to shops, pubs and restaurants. And a straight walk down to the promenade.
