Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was covered in mould, it didnt drain. Walls were covered in webs. Furniture was grimy. Chair had a broken support and was left in the room.

Good location and parking, more of a hostel than a hotel
Pros:

The staff were helpful

Cons:

Everything, the carpets were dirty, the curtains in the room didn’t match, and didn’t cover the window.
Nothing worked! We asked for an iron, which didn’t work, then the fitted hairdryer blew up.

Stayed in some rubbish hotels working away but this takes top spot
Pros:

No running hot water even got moved to another room at still no running hot water. Plus sockets loose staff can’t understand English and all gathered around front door with a strong smell of cannabis. Not safe if your a female

Repair the infrastructure before putting up online.
Pros:

The bedroom was spacious and tidy as requested.

Cons:

The bathrooms were the worst. First room the toilet flash wasn't working so the reception changed the room when I informed him. Second room again the shower was spilling all over the wall, toilets were dirty and the washbasin had a big hole which was a piece hanging and broken one attached to it.
