A great find for a really good price. Very helpful and friendly staff. they were happy to store our bags while we enjoye
Pros:

Great location and very helpful staff. I did not check in till very late and the staff called me to check that I was coming and waited for me to arrive. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. However, I did request a later check out through the app but I got no response. Checkout was quite early at 10 am but it wasn’t a problem as we enjoyed the day in Brighton and found a great breakfast down the road.

Was no duvet, no blanket no bes sheets on the bed, they gave me toe sheets but the room to cold , feeling cold all night, no Little spoon for coffee

Perfectly fine budget hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Right in the centre of Hove, close to shops and all the central bus stops. Just a short walk to the seafront.

Cons:

It’s a budget hotel and the fixtures and fittings are old and run down. That was to be expected. There was a strange smell of smoke in my room, that wasn’t so pleasant. There was always a group of people hanging around the entrance in the evenings, that security guards seemed to have to deal with. Reception staff were friendly enough, but sometimes you had to wait a while to get your key.

Thin duvet. I had to ask twice for extra blankets. Eventually was given another duvet
Dirty water glass.
No bedside lamp. Had to ask for one.

The staff have been amazing. Very helpful, polite and will do the best to make your stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location and lots to do in the area. Not a bad word to say about this hotel. Many thanks

Pros:

The location

Cons:

Dated and scruffy furniture, carpet and bathroom. An unpleasant smell in the room which I think came from old cloth surrounding the 4 poster bed. The worst mattress we have encountered, so painful were the springs that we slept on top of the duvet to protect ourselves. Heat in the bathroom was stifling as towel radiator would not turn off. Virtually no water from cold water tap in basin. Amusingly we were upgraded to this room which was the bridal suite, other rooms may be better.
