The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything we asked.

There was no fridge, and the bathroom was very dated and could do with updating. Having said that, everything worked.

I liked the location—it was very peaceful. The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff were very welcoming, and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Very Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Good Location near to beach and town centre

Cons:

The hotel was very run-down and unclean, with a strange smell throughout the property.
The bathroom had clearly seen better days, with a dirty and flaking bath/basin, tiles coming away from the wall, and stains across the bathroom floor. Communication from the hotel prior to arrival was also very poor.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at Albany, Brighton, and we were so grateful to the team. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Having convenient parking on-site was a huge plus, and they kindly helped me park and even generously extended my parking time. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Great staff and location BUT hotel in need of major update.
Pros:

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent and also the parking option is a great plus.
The bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the carpets are in a sorry state with multiple stains of various colours. There was rubbish in two drawers- a Subway wrapper in one and a number of tissues in the other on top of the hairdryer. I stayed during the heatwave and only one window opened, there was a small fan but when you left the hotel it was considerably cooler outside!! The shower head was angled in place by a folded empty toilt roll.

Hacia mucho calor en general. En la habitación no corría el aire y la presión del agua de la ducha era muy baja, apenas podías ducharte de forma adecuada.
