Curtains too thin and bright light shining into bedroom

Would be nice if there was a mini fridge to keep stuff cold. The bathroom was very clean but there wasn’t a curtain in the window.

Check in says 11am in booking but it's actually at 10am

Absolute disgrace of a hotel, walked in and staff are very unhelpful and unbothered, carpets all through the hotel are coming up , stained and ripped, henry hoovers just left in the middle of hallways blocking way and not moved the whole time , like someone had started hoovering them given up and just left it , we stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and his brother also had a room, our room was filthy, the bath toilet and sink was all stained and cracking, the curtain pole fell down out of nowhere , there was 2 holes in the wall and 3 screws , so it had fallen down multiple times and just bodged back up, no cleaner came into our room the whole time we was there, carpet all stained and dirty, so do not walk on carpets without slippers. my partners brother had to move rooms as his first room had no electric so he couldn’t even charge his phone , second room stunk of fags , there was put out fags on top of the radiator inside the room , when he took it down stairs to show reception staff, they knew where the fags was before he even told them where they was found , so they was obviously theirs, or they just hadn’t even bothered cleaning them up , did not see one cleaner the whole weekend in the hotel, whole place is just a sh*thole. Lifts also do not work so got to use the stairs, not wheelchair accessible.

The room could have been a little warmer. It wasn’t cold, and the weather had only just cooled so I think it will be next time.

ужасно пахло от ковров и в целом от комнаты старостью, пылью и чем-то неприятным. Комната не соответствовала фотографиям, все выглядит довольно уставшим, след от утюга на ковровом покрытие, рваное ковровое покрытие, весь ковролин липкий и неприятный настолько, что я ходила в носках, но в целом можно было не разуваться

The room, particularly the carpet was tired and would benefit from an update but I wasn't expecting much and the room and towels were clean

Il y’avait une légère odeur pas très agréable je pense que cela venait de la moquette , un cauchemar la moquette pour quelqu’un d asthmatique mais il ya que ça dans les chambre en Angleterre…

as above room needed an overhaul as did the bathroom.

Very overpriced for what was on offer, the place is very basic and needs some serious upgrades. Felt it was unclear that Parking was not free but £15 extra.
