It was a lovely place to stay and the hosts were very helpful.
Pros:

Very tastefully furnished. A lovely blend of very old/historic and modern.

Cons:

A handrail on the stairway would be helpful, especially for people nervous with heights.

Minimalistisch, authentisch – geeignet für kurze Aufenthalte.
Pros:

- leckerer griechischer Imbiss um die Ecke

Cons:

- Räumlichkeiten waren sehr kalt als wir dort angekommen sind
- wir haben unsere Unterkunft erst nach längerem Suchen gefunden
- die Küche lädt nicht zum Kochen ein
- es gibt kein Duschgel/Shampoo in der Unterkunft
- sehr unangenehmer, feuchter/alter Geruch, den man die ganze Zeit in der Nase hat

Gerne wieder, evtl. in einer wärmeren Jahreszeit.
Pros:

Wohnung ist im EG in einem toll sanierten alten Fachwerkhaus. Separater Eingang.
Historischer Bereich, kein Autoverkehr.
Sehr ruhiges Umfeld.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen in einem historischen Stadtteil. Sie ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-in war unkompliziert.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine anstelle einer French Press wäre toll. Die Parkplatzsuche im Quartier war teilweise etwas schwierig.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber haben an einem kalten Tag sofort auf Anfrage die Heizung eingeschaltet. Darüber hinaus wurde stets achtsam nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen oder nicht.
Die Betten/die Matratzen waren sehr gut, das spürte man sofort!!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen alten Fachwerkhaus
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes altes Fachwerkhaus in einer sehr reizvollen Umgebung, dem Ruhrtal. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen benötigt, Sauberkeit und Komfort der Betten ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, kann man sehr schön draußen auf einer der Terrassen sitzen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief völlig unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Mein Bruder und ich waren zum Wandern hier und haben uns in der Unterkunft ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn sich irgendwann die Gelegenheit bietet, wieder im Fünf Giebel Eck zu wohnen.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns eigentlich nichts (außer dass wir uns etwas besseres Wetter im "deutschen Sommer" gewünscht hätten ;)) Ansonsten sollte man halt wissen, dass in der Küche zwar einige Gewürze bereitgestellt werden, aber ansonsten in Küche und Bad nicht viel Schnick-Schnack vorhanden ist. Shampoo, Duschmittel, Tee, Kaffee etc. sollte man selbst mitbringen. Das ist auch völlig in Ordnung.

Pros:

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft, um die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Super freundlicher Empfang. Liebevoll und originell eingerichtet. Toll ausgestattet. Wunderbare begehbare Dusche. Romantischer kleiner Garten .... Wir waren begeistert!!!

Absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Excellent location, beautifull surroundings, nice and spacious

Cons:

We like a good hard bed, this might be a bit much though.
Also there's nearly no cell reception and the wifi blocks nearly everything (do not expect to be able to reach anything work/game related)
