No habia agua para beber en la habitacion. Lo que prometieron en el desayuno fue muy malo, los chilaquiles solo tenian un poco de salsa. No habia cafe. en gral muy mal

Lo reporte a recepción me contestó un muchacho dijo que irían a limpiar y nunca llegaron,volví a hablar en la tarde y la muchacha de anteojos recepcionista no se disculpó y dijo que las recamareras le dijeron que yo puse el anuncio de no molestar por eso no llegaron a limpiarlo, pero es absolutamente una mentira nunca llegaron, así que estuve con mucha basura, el baño, sucio, faltaban toallas, papel de baño con las mismas sábanas, eso fue lamentable

Good location, no getting around neighborhood, they can improve cleaning and water.
Pros:

The location is nice, you can easily go walking to Parque Fundidora and get ride in boat to Santa Lucia and the downtown and Barrio Antiguo. Modern Design.

Cons:

The Room was with a lot of hair and the shower as well. No potable water in the Room and they don't give you a bottle of water. I usually allow the cleaning service every two days, but the day I allowed to clean they didn't clean. Breakfast is always same.
