Great stay with children.
Pros:

Great location (5 to 10 minute walk from beach and 10 minutes to large supermarket). Great setting around small swimming pool. Perfect for kids- mine are 7, 12 and 14 years. Cleaned daily. Louisa very helpful with local excursions etc. Kitchen well equipped (just no microwave but we cooked on hob).

Cons:

WiFi can be a bit up and down if that bothers you. We just bought a sim with data so was fine. Mosquito nets not on all beds. I bought my own.

It was a short but very enjoyable stay, felt like a dream.
Pros:

We loved the compound and the peacefulness there, it was a beautiful place for a very fair price!

Cons:

The communication before getting there was a bit complicated and we even got lost trying to find the place, so I would recommend making sure google maps provides the right information or better navigation/description from the hosts in English.

Pros:

Louisa is a great host, the staff also is amazing. We loved the pool and the well kempt compound
It is a really beautiful place
The fact that you can barbecue is a plus

Cons:

Can do better with cleanliness especially of the kitchen and washroom
Can do with fumigation
No microwave

Superb experince!
Pros:

We had a wonderful relaxed holiday at this place. It's more of a home away from home. It was such a great, natural place to relax and have fun. Mama Louisa, Josephine and the ever present Bakari were very accommodating and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and wonderful. It was the most exciting experience we have had in Diani.

Here's a bonus for budget travellers;
The local shops, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner just like home, Tiki Taka is actually at the roadside.
The shopping center and beach are about 5mins away on a stroll,
It's a 10-15min walk to the airstrip

Overall, You guys are incredible! We're definately coming back.

Cons:

The barbeque jiko needs fixing which I'm sure Mama Louisa will fix. Everything else was amazing
